Might also be worth clicking on the seller name on the right hand side of the Amazon page where it says "Sold By". I don't have first hand knowledge and only information from family that used to work call center customer service...

But the way Amazon functions they often try to resell returns as new. This can happen with any store on Amazon from my understanring. This is easily exploitable by people that get new stuff and return their old stuff. Workers have supposedly been pressured to mark things as resellable with looser and looser considerations.

Due to the volume it's not exceedingly common, but is something to be aware of. Ordering from Amazon can be a slight gamble. Easy to return though especially if you get documentation so your account won't get flagged if they keep messing it up with multiple returns.

Hope you get a good setup next round, but do consider an option other than Amazon if possible if there are too many issues.

Personally, I stopped buying non food deliveries from Amazon for this exact issue.. Not all damage is cosmetic and can easily be returned when it shows up later.

Thanks for your message, I will definitely be more careful with my purchases from now on and go to Best Buy or other retailers instead. Its unfortunately that it has to be that way. Im currently in contact with logitec them selfs, they can check if the item is fraudulent using the numbers under one of the ear, and I already filled a fraudulent claim with amazon for the seller. Are you talking about LUA scripts from the G Hub scripting option?
If so, yes... but its all part of one script. You just fire the script code when your button, macros, and/or G/M keys are pressed or released.

However, G Hub LUA scripting will not recognize exterior scripts and the majority of LUA code not within the G Hub module (from my testing). If you are looking for more expansive and all-encompassing I recommend something like AutoHotKey.

If you were looking to setup a script you can use this as a reference:

If you like things being more competitive at higher levels a dedicated gaming mouse might be more comfortable to play with.

If you give us an example of the games and styles you play we could let you know if its worth more gear vs something just fine.

For instance:

Competitive CS2 or Valorant - get a gaming mouse for a better experience

Stardew Valley or Palia - an office mouse will be a similar experience probably

Something like casual Fortnite or Minecraft is likely in-between.

I used to read through RTINGS a lot before they paywalled themselves, most decent IPS monitors do NOT have 1ms pixel response times across the board

They give the 1ms figure and get away with it because they test with crazy pixel overdrive settings just to lower the response time, but if you were to use that kinda setting on your monitor, the overshoot you would get would simply be problematic and distract you from gameplay

The G512X looks cool and all but I don't like the color options though. Like if I want to buy a black gaming keyboard with RGB on it, I don't want it to have any other colors that would be popping of like this lilac color on the arrow keys and on the knobs and on the back and same with the white variant having acrylic light blue on the same areas... appreantly the ESC keycap and arrow keycaps in the Logitech G512X have RGB variants with the black one coming with black colored ones and the white one with white colored ones if you don't like the lilac non RGB keycaps or the acrylic light blue ones in the white version, though it appears to be so that they don't have replacement color options for the 2 knobs

Hey everyone,

Iā€™ve been using a Logitech G733 for a while now, but Iā€™ve run into a frustrating issue. The audio on the right side has suddenly become much quieter than the leftā€”it feels like my right ear is muffled or "clogged."
Iā€™ve noticed that this is directly related to the volume wheel on the headset. In the past, this used to happen occasionally, but it would fix itself if I just scrolled the wheel a tiny bit (like from 50% to 52%). Now, itā€™s stuck like this and I canā€™t get the balance back to normal.
Unfortunately, my warranty just expired recently.
Has anyone else dealt with this?
Is this a known hardware defect with the G733 series?
Do you think a contact cleaner (DeoxIT) would fix the potentiometer, or is it a dead driver?
Would love to hear if anyone found a DIY fix before I give up on these. Thanks in advance!

I'm not positive there is a built-in way to export Onboard profiles.

You can view all the settings using Onboard Memory Manager. That would allow you to potentially recreate the profiles if you otherwise lost them.

If you want to quickly copy between machines you can use a Logi account with G Hub and upload them to your profile to the download on any G Hub after logging in.

Just wanted to mention those two use-cases, but will see if there is a way to get some code/json/database settings from the Onboard Memory to the settings.db file G Hub applies to profiles when I get back to the computer later... If consider anything like that a bit closer to a work around though...

Hopefully someone chimes in if there is a built in exporter/importer option though.

This might seem like a dumb question but... i have the RS pedals connected to my G920 through the adapter now, the adapter goes to 100 if i set it up to that does it mean im using the whole 75KG loadcell ?. I ask because im aware the adapter came out when the G Pro pedals were new and they have the 100KG loadcell. It may help to get some information first.

  • Do you have a laptop or all in one computer (e.g., a monitor and desktop in one)
  • Are you connecting multiple displays/monitors?
  • Is this a pre-built or did you make it yourself?

Either way.. Hopefully you have access to the computer. You'll normally want to see if the motherboard (the board with a lot of circuitry the Ram, CPU, and GPU go into has any lights when turning on if we get to that step.

The easiest setup is to unplug your monitor from a GPU and plug it into a slot, if you have one directly into the motherboard. Usually above all the USB ports in the back. Make sure both ends are pushed in quite well.. A bit common for display ports to not get plugged in all the way especially in Samsung monitors.

Let us know if anything else is going on or what you've already tried troubleshooting and we'll check it from there.

Wireless headphone batteries already take up a whole headphone cup, having a smaller battery for the purpose of a solar charging thingy would defeat the point, and solar charging is extremely inefficient, most people wonā€™t want sunlight shining on them because of glare on the monitor, and the gains from solar charging would add an extra few minutes tops.

Apparently solar headphones do exist, but theyā€™re all for outdoor usage, all probably suck sound wise, and the solar panel is on the top of the headband, which you canā€™t do with gaming headphones because sunlight will be coming from the side from a window

it didnt recognize the headset once it was on bluetooth, I even tried to pay the month to make it work. If its not plug and play to function at a basic level its really terrible at this point where we have so much tech that auto installs its own drivers
