Check the dongle to see if it’s plugged in correctly, make sure the usb is sat in the adapter correctly, and try a change of cable and usb port

Another day, another full uninstall. It started to cut me out again severely and when I restarted it, I could no longer change presets on my mic. Clicking different presets wouldn’t work

I am willing to pay for another program at this point if there is something that functions better than Ghub, over two years of fighting and hours spent, more than 6 uninstall/reinstall sessions, looking stuff up endlessly. It’s unreasonable for how much the hardware costs

What am I actually supposed to do if the program doesn’t work no matter how many times I reinstall it? I am so frustrated

If you are looking to replace functionality outside of firmware updates, I would check out:

• SignalRGB for lighting options.
  • -# Free and premium options. Also recently has a one time payment for some advanced effects for permanent unlocking (like game integrations). Can also do macroing on premium.
• AutoHotkey for rebinding keys and macros.
  • -# Free and defacto powerful.

Soz for the rough setup. If you have other utility not covered there may be some other options.. But the above two are the most common. Hope you get a good setup either way!

*Edit, am a dummy and saw the microphone stuff:

• I really liked Voicemeeter for microphone capabilities.
  • -# I did have to swap to G Hub after it kept wrecking the settings that required some heavy reinstalls to just fix. I would also say it requires a medium amount of knowledge to work properly and highly recommend looking up YouTube guides/tutorials to get a good starting point.

I’m just using windows 10, and it’s not a recent thing, it’s been going on since I first was made to switch off the old Logitech software.

It was fine for a bit cause I never let it update, but a few days ago I let it update and it hasn’t run right since even after six clean reinstalls

I do like the hardware it’s just a shame the software is barely functional sometimes, sorry for venting but I do regret not giving up on it hours ago

A normal switch has a time to activate which is a few ms from when you press the trigger, the superstrikes new system reduces this and the whole system is super customisable, I’ve noticed that I’ve been much quicker in gunfights

Many games have various rules or requirements against automatic or macro based capabilities agains their games. I believe Rust is one of the games that has found many of the basic LUA scripts that G Hub is capable of to be against their desired capabilities and often results in the cursor or cross-hair acting sporadically when encountering basic anti-recoil scripts. Just a heads up with my limited knowledge of waves of people asking about broken mice during various Rust updates... Soz.

I have a G915 keyboard and got the new SuperStrike X2 however I wanted to be able to have my G915 keyboard be able to use the newer and likely more advanced dongle so that I have only 1 dongle

however from what Ive seen so far Ive only gotten as far as only having the mouse to be able to see the new dongle and the old one but not the other way around with the keyboard...in light im only able to use one Dongle under the old receiver meaning if i did that the new Superstrike X2 would be locked at 1000hz. What im asking is if there is anything I can do to somehow get the G915 keyboard to see the newer X2 pro dongle.

no, there is nothing you can do to change it. the way the 2 devices to 1 dongle works is it needs to use the keyboard dongle and it limits the mouse to 1000hz. everything you are seeing is the way its supposed to work

I noticed that the performance of the G Pro X2 and the G Pro X Dex mice is not the same. The difference wasn’t from the sensor, but from the dongle. If you want the Dex to feel like the original G Pro in performance, you should connect it using its own dongle, and it will behave like the original.

Uuuh you should ignore the logi part as for the second part, windows cuts support by simply no longer providing updates to an os (like win 10 for example), or by restricting os upgrades to only certain hardware (if you dont have a device with tpm 2.0, windows 11 wont let you install it, unless they changed it since the last time i checked)

Sometimes you'll get something new enough for people that can't return a newish device. But you may also get something someone broke. You'll have to do a lot of due diligence and diagnostics to ensure you don't get a bad laptop for example. All just a slight gamble with zero refund/return capability.

I have a SteelSeries Nova 5 and LG pro wired headset that I just bought a few days ago. A few a days later, my mic no longer works but still get audio, same issue goes for the Nova. You'll have to describe what you'd like help with for scripting.
There are generally two main options related to getting more out of your hardware:

1. Macros

• Macros are a lot easier with G Hub. There is a built-in user-interface no-code option to get some decent options. Some basic ones can be saved to devices, but not all macro capabilities are available on all hardware. I'm not aware of an exhaustive list.

2. Scripts

• Scripts utilize the G Hub LUA engine and can do a lot more, but do require some basic coding knowledge just to get started. Far more powerful though.
• -# Of interest, the LUA engine will not accept all LUA coding capabilities or outside scripts. So although it is quite customizable, it is still limiting.
