I would recommend trying to swap for the sake of troubleshooting as opposed to using the keyboard plug.

If possible you also want to keep the receiver away from the mouse.. it may be only inches and too close?

its still a potentiometer so its still based on travel distance and not pressure applied but the actual spring setup is changed

Ah, wasn't certain of what they meant by the download-button.
Now however I am looking at the setup-page and even there I am told that I should only have the one cable that I already have attached and then the microphone,. Strangely enough they do mention the two cables on the bottom of the first page, they don't show of where to connect the second one though. 😕

ok... to put this bluntly. you have the wrong thing plugged into the headset. the cable you have plugged in is the mic/audio splitter and it not supposed to plug into the headset but go into the pc when it has seperated audio and mic plugs. the PDF at the link I sent you clearly shows this with a picture

the splitter is not even needed if you are plugging into a single combined audio/mic port or using the usb sound card. also demonstrated with pictures in the that PDF setup guide

The splitter not even being needed is the one comment that made me realize it's detachable! 🤣 Now it all might work it seems.
Audio is quite weird but hopefully it's just something that I shall fix in the Logitech-software. 😁

Playing in the games (Valorant and Brawlhalla in my current scenario), the Logitech G PRO X headset was very intense indeed, I could slightly hear the surrounding air and instead I could hear my enemies very easily.

Yet I now felt tired and took a break, hopped over to watching some series and I hear the surrounding area incredibly well while I barely hear what the people are saying. Quite the opposite to the game. 💀

It simply enhannces the microphone. It will not troubleshoot anything. You would want to turn it off as a troubleshooting step if you think the microphone isn't working. I'll have to follow up a bit later. Hope you get a solution soon either way!

Have you gone into "sounds" in windows and set it as the mic? Usually I just right click the speaker icon on the task bar and check it there.

That's normal. Different games will pick it up in different ways - some will call axis assignments as Axis 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc. or some will call it Axis X, Y, Z, RX etc. Only very few go to the trouble of showing something specific like "Gas" or showing the image of the correct pedal.

The important thing is whether it works in game.

WRCG shouldn't need rebinding - it has a Logitech Wheel profile already present that should be correct. Are you selecting the Logitech Wheel option from the drop down list at the top of the Key Bindings screen?

In Euro Truck, are you trying to assign to the Acceleration Axis function? Remember that the pedals and wheel are an axis, not a button. Some games do offer you an Axis function for the steering, gas, brake etc. as well as a button function for them. You can only bind an axis to an axis function and a button to a button function.

Absolutely.

First off, what mouse are you using?

If it's a G pro wireless shaped mouse (Can be any one of them), you need to go into settings and change your default DPI to the one you're currently using, and then apply it inside settings.

So Device settings -> Turn on on-board memory mode -> Click on the slot you're using -> Replace it with your desired profile that has the DPI that you want -> Turn on-board memory off -> Done

That works pretty much for all of the superlights, and it should also work for the new 502 series.

Logitech should really just have a button that does all of that for you, instead of having to do this every time. But oh well.

They took the mamba shape and put it on the deathadder, and called it the deathadder v2. Then they simplified it, calling it the deathadder v3. Then they simplified it even more, calling it the deathadder v4.

Is the sound only bad in Discord? If you loaded a basic recorder on your operating system or a web-based recorder do you get the same issues?

• If not, you can check on your Discord settings and by default turn off any setting that would be processing the sound.

Has it always sounded bad? or is this some recent change?

• If its something recent I would check for updates on G Hub and ensure the operating system is loading the Logitech drivers. Example:

Beyond that, if you're using BlueVoice I would make sure that the High-Pass settings aren't wacky. You can uncheck to troubleshoot. A lot of times people mess with the high-pass and set it too high and get a distorted, muffled, and/or "echo-room" sound.

Good chance that the default drivers Windows scans for weren't the best setup.

You can use G Hub to reconnect under Settings ☰ General Device Repair Tool and I, personally, recommend updating through that software for anything Logitech G based.

If you're not a big fan of G Hub, you might also be able to pair with the Onboard Memory Manager.

If you don't have mouse access, you could theoretically use the arrow, tab, and enter keys... but it won't be user friendly. Otherwise hopefully there is a spare mouse you can use or plug it directly into your computer via the USB cable that will overwrite the wireless signal until you get your settings fixed.

• The Tab ⇥ key can also move through menus.
• Enter ↩️ can select options.

Overall I highly recommend plugging in the mouse directly via a cable or finding a spare one. However, the keyboard navigation does work albiet its rough to use.

I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Logitech G435 headset. The wireless dongle is detected correctly on Windows as "G435 Wireless", but the headset keeps blinking blue and won’t connect to it. I’ve tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps:

Held the Mute button to switch between Bluetooth and LIGHTSPEED modes.

Replugged the dongle into multiple USB ports.

Rebooted the PC while the headset was off.

Tried it on multiple computers – same issue.

The headset works fine via Bluetooth, but LIGHTSPEED wireless will not connect.

This suggests that either the dongle has lost its pairing with the headset, or the dongle may be defective. Since there is no way to manually re-pair the G435 with its dongle, I’m currently stuck.

Hello guys I am currently facing an issue with the logitech G hub app, so im trying to open the app and each time i open the app, it always never launch, it just stays in the loading screen for hours. Some people have told me to delete it and re download it again but I don't wanna risk doing that since im really comfortable with the current DPI mouse sensitivity and if i delete i might lose all the data. So any solutions on how to make this thing work ?

Did you create a Logitech account when you first set up G-hub? I cant be sure but I think if you did, your data is probably stored online and you can get it back when you sign in again.

You could also try browsing the apps files and make a backup, then restore it when you re-install it.

So I have a g502x lightspeed and I downloaded ghub and on board memory manager

Then I bound everything and saved and had onboard memory turned on

Then I took out the dongle, put it in my ps5 and none of the binds worked at all

And they worked on my laptop where I bound them

its going to depend on what you tried to bind. ps5 isnt a PC so its not going to recognize everything the same way. if its macros, those usually need ghub running

if you go back to those old binds and it works, it definitely a limit of the ps5 handling it. logitech doesnt make their mice for console so everything with them is a "your mileage may vary" situation

Do you have an example of what bind worked and what bind didn't? Consoles may not have specific key combinations since their Operating System is tied to the console and may not recognize all binds. 🤷

My new binds were k and l to the buttons next to left click and the lower side butto to U

Plus 4 and 5 to the left and right scroll wheel clicks

I don’t know anything about the student codes but something else you can try is using the discount codes from the Logitech sponsored streamers, each of them has a code you can use that gives a small discount. Only works when you shop direct of course.

I can only presume that its this Shxrk that looks like he turns off quite a few settings and relies on visual queues according to the profile. However, if he has a specific EQ/microphone settings you could check to see if he's shared in on G Hub by searching for custom EQs for the G733 with his gamertag? Otherwise you'll just have to ask him to share it on stream. Takes only seconds!

Every time I launch Discord, a window pops up asking me to authorize “Logitech G” to access my Discord account (see screenshot).
I think it's coming from GEBOU (Logitech G Hub), but I don't understand why it keeps asking me every time, even if I click “Authorize.”
Does anyone know how to fix this problem for good?

From the looks of things, this is an issue they know about, but they haven't mentioned a fix. It seems to be a GHUB issue that Logi needs to fix.

There is a good chance that updates to Discord and/or G Hub will cause reauthentication to be required. Depending on your installation the only integration is to have hotkeys that do things in Discord. Like having a hotkey disconnect from a voice channel. If you don't utilize these options you can just disable Discord integration all-together from Games & Applications Integrations

the cheapest will be a used G920 and then mod it for a gt wheel. the price is mostly going to depend on what is available around you, but used G920 go for around $150-$200 and the wheel mod might be around $80? then clamp it to a desk. New, the only real option is a Moza R3 xbox bundle with the ES Formula wheel mod. All that is $400, and can be clamped to a desk as well, but does not include a clutch

anything else from companies like fanatec and thrustmaster, you are looking at $400 just for a base then adding a wheel and pedals, or buying a bundle for $400 and needing to buy another wheel

It is my limited understanding that the switches are not easily user replaceable and you will have to do some soldering. I do not believe support has the switches directly for you underneath warranty or otherwise since they aren't regularly installable.

You would want to identify your switch type as there are three types for the G815, I believe:

• GL Clicky
• GL Tactile
• GL Linear

Then you can hopefully find some aftermarket stuff or components scraped from other boards like:

My bad, I thought you meant hiding gear you've already connected and just don't care to see in the list of G Hub settings.

Overall if you have new gear and G Hub is not connecting it that's a different story. May help to know what gear isn't being found. You may need to reset some drivers on that gear in Device Manager.. but I'd start with if its new or just stopped showing up in G Hub first.

I would check on somethings like:

• Making sure you aren't in Bluetooth mode (blue light instead of white light above the power button)
• making sure G Hub is updated
• Reset drivers
• Factory resetting the headset

but its up to you. Most Logitech equipment is plug and play and you can likely return a brand new set back to a box store if its not convenient.

Generally you'll have to have the button mapped to something. If you disable it or set it to something that the Operating System or game won't look for (or read the input). It won't realize your clicking anything.
It's my understanding that most games can't actually listen to the key your are physically pressing. They are looking for common button actions instead. So G4 is often set to Back and G5 is often set to Forward. The games focus on those. However, DPI Shift is not a common command most games are likely listening for so you likely can't apply the DPI Shift to them unless they've specifically considered such gaming mice options.

That would still be frustrating if you didn't want to Shift DPI anyways and mess up your mouse speed.
You can however, assign some other combination, key, or state and then map that relative key to various actions.
It's incredibly common for people to use the numpad keys since they aren't used a lot and some keyboards don't even have them. So it gives you options that are unlikely to mess anything up and get quite a few combinations. Games often won't care if the num key is actually typed, only that its pressed so you can disable num lock to not accidentally start typing numbers but still get your in-game actions.

Example:
Set DPI Shift to Num 2 ❯ Set "melee attack in game" to Num 2
Now when you click DPI Shift you'll melee in-game. Just disable num lock if you don't want numbers to accidentally show up in other programs if you are using it like that.
If you have a ton of situations where this is still inconvenient hopefully you can also use the G-Shift option to swap between a gaming set of custom keys and your standard non-gaming version.

Hope those examples and options get you a good setup either way!

If you're referring to the gear that shows up when you click on your profile in the top-right. That gear will be any gear associated with your account. That could be some gear not plugged in or gear from another system. G Hub will try to auto-hide gear that's not pertinent to your system or plugged in at the time I believe. So you can choose what to hide or not. 👍

Most gear that uses a receiver will show up if the receiver is plugged in. Its what's actually communicating to the computer. If your gear is shut off or the battery dies it will show as no-connection (or something like that).
If you know its from another system or that you don't want to see the non-connection when its not connected you could hide it.

Otherwise if you plug the gear in directly via USB cable it should show up as well. The USB cable will override the wireless capability.

• -# Important when you have the receiver in one computer but try to charge it with another. If the charging cable supports data transfer it will only work on the computer its directly plugged into and not on the wireless receiver.

The gloves in their marketing are actually on the website, just buried. They usually include them free when you buy different Sim products. That said, they aren't very good. High quality sim, Karting, or race gloves will have the stitching done on the outside for maximum comfort, logitech has them the same as most other normal gloves with the stitching inside. They also fall apart pretty easy, I went thru 2 pairs before buying actual Karting gloves that have been much more durable and comfortable

Since you’ve tried a few, what gloves would you say are really worth it?

I use the Sparco K-Attack gloves. They've been great and had zero issues in the months I've had them now. Super comfortable and no velcro straps to worry about. Only downside is they don't have the fingertips to work with phones but they are easy to get on and off. Shop around for them, prices can vary a bit. Sparco sell them for like $65 but I got them from a reseller for $40.

They are very lightweight and breathable, I wear them for hours at a time some days. Grip is very good, they have plenty of rubber grips on the palms

To the best of my knowledge there is no built-in GUI way to import/export the macros. You generally can move them between profiles and/or upload profiles to a Logi ID account via the sharing feature (sharing can be private doesn't need to be public) to get between computers. However, if you wanted to get into editing outside of the built-in GUI you may be able to check some things out, but they likely won't be user-friendly if you aren't familiar with JSON and/or converting between that and your other formats programmatically. Even then.. you'd have to still follow the proper syntax so it may not be any more convenient to edit. If you did need to programmatically create some stuff it could still be doable.

• Your macros are stored in a file at: %LOCALAPPDATA%\LGHUB\settings.db

  • -# You will generally want to have your macros saved, even if empty so they exist in the database. So save to the database close G Hub otherwise they may not show up until that's done.

• You can likely edit this file with something like DB Browser for SQLite

  • -# If you're not familiar with this program you can drag (ideally a backup) of your settings.db file or use the Open Database menu item. Then you can see the JSON data in the Browse Data tab. Generally this database only has 1 row with file having all the data where you can start your process of locating your macros and attempting to extract them for editing.

• Once you've got the JSON data you can typically find your macros by searching via their name.
  An example of a macro I named: "Macro Test AXX" in JSON format (just types out "AXX" with standard delays).

Overall you could start to get some programmatic setup from here, but again it wouldn't find this very user friendly... but it could be a start if you really needed to check out thousands of hotkey options. It also looks like some people have tried to make a better editor at:

thats not ideal but may explain a little about the issues you are having. From my understanding, its the game devs that control most of those integrations and it having issues is more on them than GHub. The experimenting CS2 has been doing with VAC lately may have broken something

Since it wasn't mentioned.. most Logitech G peripherals use G Hub to control RGB.

• If you are using that ensure that you aren't lettings Windows control your setup with Dynamic Lighting (or at least utilize those Windows Settings instead of G Hub once set). Example below:
• If you're sure you've set that I would troubleshoot by enabling on-board memory. I believe the G502 will support the basic RGB memory settings with that enabled. Just ensure in the on-board settings that its the same profile. Profiles are a bit more advanced and usually trip everyone up.. but hopefully that's a good start. Example below:

• It is possible you havea competing RGB software as well. If you've utilizing other peripherals or motherboard RGB software you can hopefully check on those.

Otherwise may need some more information to follow up. Regardless, shouldn't take too long to troubleshoot those, but if its still having issues I'd check on the support ticket and you should also have the opportunity to invoke a warranty if the RGB is still not responsive. 👍

When using onboard-memory some settings (but not all) are stored on the devices. Common things that are stored:

• Standard RGB lighting
• Standard key settings/macros (not LUA)
• Power settings
• Sensitivity settings

Otherwise, G Hub keeps most settings in a settings.db file on your system.

Sadly I haven't tested 4K, but I would imagine it would be fine since its the same receiver. You'll need to make sure your firmware is updated and you are using wireless. I have been given the impression that things above 1K aren't supported via wired connection. 🤷

Hi, i'm trying to make an ALT-TAB Macro on my mouse, can't make it work the way I want, which is just ALT TAB + holding TAB so I can click with my mouse the window I want. On every macro I made it either auto switch the next window or cycle really fast. I just want to make so the ALT TAB window open

If you have an updated Windows 10 or a Windows 11 machine I would check out:
⊞ Windows + Tab ↹ instead
This will bring up all Windows selections after both keys are released in any order (but should be easy to just use basic capture as well).

Off the top of my head due to their being separate devices I believe that you will need to use LUA because the individual device won't have the macros listening across them.

It would be odd for a new or other style of USB-C to be so loose it wouldn't stay in. Even so plugging it in should still physically connect the metal needed to charge, which I imagine would still work if it's otherwise not falling out.

Like mentioned earlier the battery could very likely be the problem. I'm not positive there is a good way to test this other than ensuring the USB-C being held in to ensure contact for a few minutes and not seeing any charge or not seeing the lights showing charging indicators not reacting.

If that's the case I highly recommend checking out iFixIt. They generally have good tools and great guide. Replacing a G733 battery is only moderate and I'd bet you could handle it!

iFixIt also sells the battery, although you may be able to find it cheaper elsewhere, just make sure it's the same model.
At least a cheap option to consider before giving up.

it really depends on a lot of things. luck mostly tho. Some things get sent out in a week, others Ive seen take a month or more for everything to show up. I thikn a lot of it is dependant on availability of things in certain regions

if you submit it, they may stat processing it early, but they may not check it until that date

the 2 arent even comparable, but you better make sure you have something to mount that R9 or R12 it comes with to. you mount it to a desk and youll need to turn it down to the point where you should have saved the money and gotten an R3. FSR2 doesnt work on console tho

Overall that usually sounds like a connection issue. Hopefully you can check on the ports and cables and if you happen to have extras, try to swap them out to sanity check. Are you using an HDMI cable?

On pc it's very good. The driving is very rewarding. The only things to consider are it only has gt3 and some gt2 and gt4 cars so it's more limited in scope, and online has some catches. It needs dlc to have a good experience and leagues are going to be much less crashy experiences. I mention pc because the game is also on console but the pyhsics on the console port are limited and dont perform the same as pc.

It'll be better than forza but that's a low bar. Check reviews on the console version, I only play on pc so I can't say how it is for sure. The Sim racing options on console are pretty limited

Since I don't have a gpx 2, I don't really know what is going on, but I guess it shouldn't cause any problems to have other devices nearby. What you can try is to remove your dad's headset and get it somewhere else in the house and try it out like that. If it is normal, it is not interfering

A strange thing I noticed my G923 doing after owning it for almost a year: Upon calibration, it does the first full turn normally, but when it comes to the second, after going to the right completely, it just goes back to the middle position pretty slowly and completely ignores turning left. It's important to use the cable that came with the product , or at least a cable that supports power delivery and data. If it's just a charging cable without data then the headphones will not work which is why some people may claim it doesn't.

Ghub isn't supported in Linux so you won't be able to import anything. Your best bet is setting up onboard mememory if your devices support it

Set everything up in a profile in ghub, then choose that profile as the one to be loaded into onboard memory. In the screen that enables onboard you should see a drop down to select a profile for it. If you haven't changed the profile, just pick default desktop

Beyond that explanation, if you are still confused you'll need to find a YouTube video on it. There are many out there that will show you how to do it.
