it doesn't work for me, after the update it wouldn't start so I uninstalled and wanted to install again, after running the installer it told me to restart the computer and that after starting it would continue downloading. so I did that. I restarted and nothing changes 😭

When I was young and broke I was focused on value, went with an AMD build. Now that I can afford to build it how I want, value is still important but I prioritize future proofing.

Depends on the game, most games aren't cpu intensive. The 5900x is a 12 thread 6-core too which should do most of what they need for gaming.

I wouldn't compare it to an i3 though, those are pretty much made for corporate word processing. Gaming on an i3 would be savage lol

I have a 4k ips, 2k@144hz tn panel, 1080 led tn panel, and this qd-oled. Not only does it have crazy good fps characteristics, the color accuracy, depth, and contrast are all crazy. I'm seeing greens and oranges my other monitors can't even reproduce lol

Ya VA and IPS are junk for shooters, I think fast-IPS does a better job of keeping it smooth while giving better color and contrast than a TN.

My issue with TN was long range battles like in Warzone when colors get washed out. Hard to snipe someone at 3-500m when you can barely see them through the haze.

If you're doing more CQB like halo or siege it's fire.

My mouse cursor feels extremely slippery and out of control. No matter how low or high my dpi is it feels bad. Also everytime i turn off my pc my cursor slows down. I went from 1650 dpi to now being at 400 feeling fast. I made sure to unbind my dpi buttons and ive also reinstalled ghub

g502 X plus disconnected and refused to connect today. Happened out of the blue.

Removing the devices (receiver and mouse) from device manager to force a re-detection re-install of the drivers did not solve the issue

I noticed incidentally that windows installs multiple devices for a single receiver. (https://i.imgur.com/iaz9EGV.png)

I was aware it did this for the mouse as well, and my understanding was that there are separate devices for different functions or buttons.

Anyway, logitech hub still detected the receiver so it didn't seem like a hardware issue.

I tried all the logical things, assuming it was a software/driver issue. (reinstalling, rebooting, etc)

I eventually fixed it by using "Update driver" in the device manager, and instead of installing the logitech driver that windows11 chooses by default, I installed a generic "composite usb device" driver.

That solved the issue of having multiple Receiver devices. After that I manually re-paired the mouse in Logitech Hub, and this solved the issue.

I'm just writing this here because this issue happened out of the blue. It wasn't caused by any particular action on my part, so the cause is unknown. It may happen to someone else today, so I'm sharing just in case it helps someone.

Could be a problem with your ac bindings, the game LOVES to mess with bindings (i unbound "look back" from my bottom arrow on the dpad, and bound "clutch" to it, but frequently it reverts to "look back", sometimes it doesnt do it, IF you do a certain thing but i forgot what it is, so just do trial and error until it works)

I have never seen the Uninstalr fail before, but not outside the realm of feasibility. You would have to double-check to ensure there isn't something stopping G Hub from running like:

• Firewall
• Network monitor
• questionable RGB software
• Some other administrator rule if you are on a shared system

Does G Hub force a restart? I would just skip a restart until you can see the software..
If its just randomly restarting without any input something went really wrong. =[

I would double-check the large list above the post as a good start to ensure there aren't any crumbs left that are tricking the reinstallation. Could be quicker than a refresh of the operating system.

ghub force the restrart, i can choose if i can do it later or now, if i doing it now its automatically restarting the pc, if i am clicking to do it later then the instaler is being closed xd and its a wrong circle because when the pc is restarting - nothing happened after that.
Literally the message is like this "Installation of conditional components requires a system restart. After the computer system restarts, the installer will resume work. " And two options do it now or later"

I don't find the sidetone to be loud. I don't really use sidetone, so I'm not sure what would be considered loud...
but I feel like I'd have to turn off noise gate and set the sidetone to 100 before it seemed like it would overpower your normal speech. 🤷

Of interest, without the noisegate there are a fair amount of plosives and popping that get picked up to be quite loud even at lower numbers, so without more advanced settings it is likely to be quiet on more standard noisegate settings. Hopefully they improve on the noisegate options to match the BlueVoice control parity... otherwise I think most users that don't have a more advanced setup and/or a quieter room are going to find the sidetone to be low volume.

Hopefully some regular sidetone users can add some additional info later..

Which cords are you using to connect?
If you are using an audio auxiliary cable, you may need to ensure the port is plugged in all the way and secure and/or cleaned out since anything in the way of the signal connections will block it. Most people don't plug their cords in far enough and the right connector never connects.

Either the aux cable is faulty or not connected.

Make sure it's tightly connected to the usb adapter thingey.

This also happens with the old G pro variant and the even older "pro" variant.

Is the issue only when you have BlueVoice activated, or was that just a description?

You may want to check your OS Sound Settings to see if you have the appropriate inputs/outputs selected. You usually want a game or non-voice/non-call option selected. The call options have different stuff used for communication devices like phone calls... most gaming and/or computer usage doesn't need that.

🤷 Usually a microphone is a separate input and shouldn't be effecting the audio output unless it was being overwritten like in the above example... may need more information to be able to troubleshoot.

So I have a Logitech G815 keyboard which has the G1-G5 keys to the very left of it all.
My problem is that while I play, I usually press SHIFT for many scenarios which instead makes me accidentally press G5 CONSTANTLY which is my key to enable/disable the auto-clicker.
Quite efficient when I don't want to be kicked out for afk but it tends to prevent me from moving around in most games.

I then want to turn on Game Mode to disable this G5-key... BUT THE G1-G5 KEYS ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT I AM NOT ALLOWED TO DISABLE IN GAME-MODE!?

youll need to make a custom app for that or request that feature to logitech

alternatively you can also switch g5 with another key such as g1

G1 is the key that I use to lock my screen as G3 is saving a clip in OBS's Replay Buffer, no matter.

About 20 minutes after I asked about this idiotic detail, I realized that as Game Mode isn't toggling the G# keys, I could instead just remove the auto-clicker key from the M1-save and move it over to M3.

Now I just need to hop over to M3 to enable the G5 key.

This auto-clicking possibility instead made it impossible for me to move around in Brawlhalla.

Something (I am not certain of what) made it impossible for me to write in Valorant's chats as I instead just needed to Ctrl+esc in-out to the game to then be capable of writing again.

Hopefully the M3-mode holding the auto-clicker will prevent me from having problems with Valorant as well.

Well they have their own lives and aren't able to respond to everyone 24/7 and even then, you can't have a personalized support person for everyone so you cna't exactly blame them for not being able to reply all the time

What you can do, however, is blame them for not fixing core bugs that have been reported and brought up several times for years by the community

Looks like pairing isn't working out correctly.
I would double-check:

• That you are not using any kind of extender, hub, or similar component at least for the sake of troubleshooting.
• If feasible, troubleshoot and/or plug it into ports directly in your motherboard.. hopefully you can try a few.
• Try the DEVICE REPAIR TOOL option in the G Hub Settings General menu.
• Although unlikely... some USB settings can have strange power setups. You can find one that has had historical issues with similar issues under Windows Power Plan Settings. - You can try disabling Selective Suspension - Example:

If nothing seems to work and you don't have any other issues with other equipment, the headset could be faulty. You should be able to return to the store or Logitech under warranty. 👍

Hope you get a fix without the return hassle though.
