• Do you see the same issues on just Bluetooth or with the Lightspeed USB adapter as well?

Yes, I have this problem all day long after more than an hour of use and I don't know if it's with the bluetooth that I have this problem, I only use them mainly via bluetooth. The only device they're connected to is my phone (I rarely use them on it, just for 1 or 2 calls max).

At least I use the dongle linked to the headphones.

Hopefully you can get the time to see if the issue persists when you are using the dongle to help identify if it's the computer and/or FITS or if it's the connection.

You can also check your Bluetooth settings to see if a new device (like a speaker, other set of headphones, or a roommate's connection) is taking over on your computer when they disconnect.

Worth trying another port for a day or two as well to rule that out.

Otherwise, sorry for the lack of help. I use mine for work pretty regularly, haven't seen these issues. Hope you get a fix soon either way though!

yeah that works, so i have a logitech driving force shifter, and i installed the mod that replaces the spring and makes the gearstick stiffer and take more force to move, well i just got into my game and tried to test it out, but when i try to shift into any spot on the top it shows 5th, so first and third both get detected as 5th, and any on the bottom get detected as 6th, reverse works fine. i’m in the process of disassembling again but i just wanted to see if anyone could give some suggestions on what i should expect

Just a quick q: I bought a refurbed G923 racing wheel and it seems to work perfectly except that it only reliably returns to zero when spun right and released. Since reverse is a button that would tell me you might have dislodged the shaft from the X/Y positioning pots. I would take it apart and make sure those are connected properly.

after taking it apart again and testing it while it is open, the reverse button no longer seems to be working,

i should also add that this is a second hand unit that came with a wheel and pedals that show wear from lots of use, and i havent used the shifter much anyway, so there is a chance that this is a preexisting issue from before i bought it

the ribbon cable should run smoothly from the top to the bottom board without any twists in it. The gpx1 is the same. Not sure how you managed to twist it around but at least its working again

hello guys, so I dont know if any of you plays cs, but I bought the Logitech G Pro X 2 Lightspeed, and I disabled the surround sound in GHub, but still the footsteps were really bass heavy and same with the guns shooting. And in League of Legends the bass was heavy aswell. I tried messing around with the EQ but didnt help. Is the headset supposed to be like that or? I just moved over from IEMs and was not ready for this kind of dissapointment from a company I have loved for years.

And is 7.1 supposed to be locked? I cant seem to be able to turn it off.

I am not looking for support around this issue, just some insight from other people that have this headset! 🙂

very limted macros are available to use in onboard mode according to logitech, which is how youd get them to trasnfer over. Anything beyond that youd need to find out from those people doing it

im not sure where to take this at this point but for months, 3 different computers, and 3 different mice all having the same problem of the mouse lagging and disconnecting from ghub randomly, some days it does it very minimally and other times my computer is unusable. ive gotten to the point where i even called logitech customer service and the guy was of no help saying to "uninstall g hub and to keep it uninstalled" even though i had told him that with or without g hub the problem is still the same, I have all my drivers up to date, g hub and my g502x soft is up to date aswell and even sent video proof and said that he would respond shortly within a few buisness days but it has been roughly a week now and still no word, I really love g hub and the mice fit perfect in my hand so I dont want to abandon it and stop using them but im at a dead end and nobody has a fix and I dont know what I need to do to get this problem fixed, thank you. are there any other benefits to using the extender other than boosting the range, im using it with my laptop and the port is right next to it so distance isnt an issue. Any other use case for it or should i just put it back in the box never to been seen again (mouse G502 X PLUS LIGHT SPEED)

the main benefits of it are mostly focused on a desktop PC. Getting it away from the crowded back of the machine and closer to the mouse but on a laptop you really dont have those issues so Its probably fine to not use it in that situation. Just keep tabs on where it is in case you ever end up with a desktop.

Stores usually have return policies that you can enact that are better than warranties. They should be your first option.
The exact policy will differ by store. However, I can only assume you referring to this Argos store with this policy.
As such you're outside of their return window. It doesn't hurt to potentially check, but otherwise if the retailer is still a authorized retailer for Logitech, you can still work with Logitech's warranty.

It would be best to reach out to Logitech support with your information to get that kind of process started. These options may work:

Im not sending you an image. I had the wire the mosue came with plugged into the back of my pc and the other end into my mouse and the dongle is plugged into a front usb port on my pc case. thats it. its not that complex of a setup

You're most likely to have ideal results with a gentle cleaner. Barring any crazy food choices, you're likely mostly getting oil from your hands on the rubber components. You'll want to use something to fight this with chemicals and a microfiber cloth. The main goal is to break down the grease/oil from your hand.

Free/cheap home-based options are usually very diluted vinegar and water. Vinegar is a great cleaner but can have a strong smell. Using a very gentle dishwasher cleaner is also not a bad option. Rubbing alcohol is great if you're concerned the mixture won't evaporate.. but if you're just spraying a microfiber cloth lightly you're fight in my opinion.

You can try a toothbrush for gentle bristles that can get through even very thing cracks. 🤷
Often you can brush with a quick evaporating mixture to make cracks clean and/or dust left over that's easier to air blow clean.

I only had the A50Xs, which are identical to the A50s for PC use, for about a week or 2 before returning them (fit/comfot issues not anything with how they perform) and I dont really think there is much of a gap between them. They are both fine. The gen 5s might have a bit of an edge but mostly similar. The mic quality upgrade is the real star. They also integrate to GHub now, not astros software depending on how you feel about that

Depends more on your setup. The higher your monitor refresh rate the higher the chance you are going to notice a single frame rollover depending on when the input processes in the cycle.

1000ms is a second.
60fps base level for most games
16.67ms per frame as a base

So a pretty wide input window there per frame

120fps display drops that to 8.3ms and 240 further down to around 4.15ms.

Thankfully up at the 120/240 range you are not going to notice a frame rollover.

it will also change drastically based on your in game sens. DPI is only really noticeable out of games, in games you can make it feel like anything by changing the sensitivity

I figured it out, go to settings on your pc and click apps and then find LOGITECH G Hub, click the dots and click modify and click yes once the logitech thing pops up and then it should give you the option to reinstall, click that and turn off the thing where it says transfer like your binds over for when you reinstall

I already have appied, though I am just wondering about the game selection. Brawhalla & rocket league are not accessible to low vision players. By having that as games for the tournaments you are alienating those players. I know that this year's line up is already set, though Street Fighter 6 or Tekken 8 would have been a better choice for a fighting game seeing in actual fighting game tournaments like EVO & CEO you have modern controls & asst mode that are already legal forms of play, along with SF6 accessibility mode people like BlindWarriorSven who are low vision can play the game. I haven't gotten my hands on Tekken 8 so I can't speak on the accessibility options.

Though I understand why brawlhalla & RL. It's free to play though if you want all the characters you have to spend $30. Though they both are not very accessible in their game play for a good number of people. So I don't understand why having an AET when you are alienating people who are low vision or have trouble finding the stage or ball. There's no auto lock system in either game like a FPS or BR. I just find it discouraging when trying to tell people about it then find out that a good number of people who play fighting games can't participate due to the game chosen is Inaccessible to them even when this is geared towards accessibility. That is not always the case. Anyone can replicate an email domain. If you check the internet header you will see it came from a gmail server. I would like to think that Logitech has its own email servers. I would also point out that the links go to gleam.io which is a marketing site but why would a big company like Logitech need that. I would think that the email is a spam email.

like using it wired? you are limited to 1000 hz polling on wired and you can get wired mice way cheaper than wireless ones

Generally wired is likely more secure, far less likelihood that there will be a communication error, although the chances are fairly low regardless. Modern wireless mice from reputable companies are pretty great across the board.

In addition and of interest, when you are hard-wired it will not use the wireless connection as the wired connection will overwrite it. The niche scenario I've seen effect this is that you cannot swap the receiver into a secondary computer like a work laptop and expect the new connection to override the wired option. You'll only be able to operate on the computer you are wired into.
