dont always take things people say at face value. That person sent similar messages back in September 2024 so not really "just got them". That said, audio issues are really difficult to figure out especially with things surrounding "quality" because everyone perceives sound differently. Ive had them for some time now and while they dont sound as good as the $500-$600 headphones I have, I woulnt call their sound horrible. Again, this is super subjective and varies wildly person to person.

the stock one? Its a solid basic wheel. It has analog levers on it you can map but that was mostly useful before the handbrake came out. The RS Hubs actually have 2 more buttons than it does. If you want that shape its good but I think the hubs are going to be better to use day to day

Hello, I need help with the Logitech G Hub. I recently bought headphones and at first it worked, but a few days later there was a problem with loading resources. I changed the USB port of the cable and it worked, but now it's like this all the time. I tried changing the cable to all available USB ports. I uninstalled the applications 3 times and still nothing. same problem

There are a lot of audio settings to mess with...

but I would recommend checking these settings:

1. If you have a newer version of Windows you can get a similar interface by running mmsys.cpl.
2. Go to your Microphone settings and ensure you are not already listening to the Logitech device by making it Unchecked◻️
3. Then go to your Headphones (speakers) settings and ensure the Disable All Enhancements is set to Checked✅

After that, it will help to check on similar settings in whatever app is duplicating sound. Its possible Discord or other applications are adding more effects outside what Windows controls. Feel free to test in G Hub or other applications as well.

If you're having to physically put pressure on the device for the mic to work, that's not something GHUB can fix, that's a issue with the hardware.

Otherwise it sounds like the hardware is having issues... do you have a controller, phone, or other audio jack you can test on?

Have you tried other jacks? Understandable you may not have any around with a lot of recent phones, but if you are able to test on other jacks that can let you know if its the headset or the jack for your computer.

Gotcha if you cleaned it out well, then I'd return it. Lint causes that issue a lot, and the physical pressure would indicate its not connecting correctly. However, it could still be physically malformed which cleaning wouldn't solve, so you should be easily able to return it.

In fairness MPI look like they took the approach on these that they are not for road use and skimped a bit on materials which is fine.

Also - Just got off the phone with Logitech. The MOMO rims have been done in the same way that the Herman Miller partnership was and Logitech will not be selling them directly on the Logitech website. So you have to go through MOMO if you want them.

Don't feel bad or silly. Sadly Logitech G Hubs setup is largely built around profiles and although these are very powerful and I wish they would just give an option to toggle to a "simple" version I'm not sure that's possible right now.

Overall you can likely still get your desired effect within G Hub alone with the following caveats:

1. To get color swapping I believe you have to essentially assign them to profiles. If you utilize a lot of profile swapping or automatic profile swapping this can get really ugly and complicated.
2. If you don't really use profiles then this is not so bad to setup in a few ways, but again until Logitech allows for direct swapping to a particular profile rather than cycling these kind of setups are still about a decade behind other customization software if you plan to include more than one type of auto-clicker setup. I'm not sure when or if they'll catch up.
3. Overall the setup with profiles is frustrating to just change a single color and something like SignalRGB makes it a lot easier, but is not free (for the Macro part at least).

Luckily this is doable without code like LUA but we do have to get slightly cheeky since swapping profiles will ignore the rest of a mapping. Luckily it will honor already in-use toggling which is likely what your auto clicker is anyways...

To get your coloration setup, you'll need two profiles. Your standard one and one that is duplicated from the standard one, but with your button being red. You can find the profiles in the Games & Applications menu (in the top-left) of G Hub.

• Hopefully you have some profiles setup, but you can duplicate your profile and edit the duplicated one to change just the G4 key to be red in Lightsync on your keyboard. It would typically look something like the profiles in the screenshot:

Now that you have profiles with the colors, you can get your red key by simply swapping profiles. This can be built into a macro or used as an action. 👍

For your use case the next step is to get both of these actions.. your clicker and the profile color swap into the binding. Remember you will need to assign both profiles this binding or assignment to work properly. You should be able to go into your G915 keyboard and check the Assignments Tab and ensure you have a preset/assignment designated to your G4 key. May look something like this screenshot:

Once you've got your custom preset/assignment on both of the profiles in the top right (you can likely just swap between them and ensure they have your custom clicker preset/assignment highlighted blue) we can start to adjust your auto-clicker to swap profiles while maintaining a toggle between profiles swaps.

The mapping of the G4 key should generally start a toggled auto-clicker **before ** it swaps. Otherwise the profile is likely to mess with it. I think the best way is to listen to when you press G4 and when you release it so you get it in the order that you are probably intending.

Overall your G4-press should start the toggled auto-clicker and the G4-release should profile cycle. I assume your auto-clicker is complete and working as intended as a toggle, but reach out if you need more help. The Profile Cycle is usually under System Action options when assigning the G4-release.

Here is what the key mapping would look like visually:

The G Hub software doesn't show the visibility updates unless I click on it, so I had to bounce back and force, but you should see the profile switching along with the red keys and the as in place of auto-clicking.

I was given a small discount (@ 5%) to help offset the shipping cost.

The $481.10 USD converted to $714.54 CAD doing the conversion on my card that has preferred rates.

There will be additional charges from FedEx due to import / tax / brokerage.

I expect that to add another @$65 CAD in brokerage fees and @$93 in taxes (I will update when I have the actual amounts).

I got a pair the other day, and they're great, but I'm having to set my discord audio output as A50X - Game. When I select A50X - Voice, i get a huge static/crackling in my right ear and it's super loud. It doesn't stop until i switch it back to A50X - Game as the voice call output for discord.

I am only using these for my PC, just the red split power cable plugged into the dock which has the power usb-c plugged into the wall and the usb-a end in my PC.

They're great, but i can't use the game/chat mixer controls on the ear cups because game and voice is now just coming thru the game channel.

I downloaded Dolby access and it seems to have fixed it but i'll keep an eye out.

I found signal RGB to be laggy and confusing. Also ads. G-Hub's better. had no issues, except some hiccups with the screen sampler that I had to end G-Hub agent in task manager 3 times on some days. And, DPI going crazy before I log in. All this thanks to a new Intel graphic driver update.

G Hub is far from perfect with most of the cons revolving around:

• Infinite loading bugs that (I believe) are related to login issues and driver installation issues that are a bit difficult for most users to fix.
• Limited key/macro options in older devices.
• Many things being tied to profiles, that although can be powerful are sometimes more complicated for things that other softwares make much easier and more intuitive.

Beyond that I've heard everyone I know have better experience with it over Corsair and SteelSeries software and from my personal experience having way more hard-blocking issues with things like Razer Synapse (versions 1, 2, and 3). Overall the ecosystem supports a lot of devices which is convenient. I personally moved over after having issues running 3-5 software suites to do what G Hub does in a single one. Everyone isn't going to care to buy in that much though.. which is understandable.

I run the following G502 X Plus, POWERPLAY, G915 Keyboard and G935 Headset. I also run the G535 Headset as backup..

Only downsides i can point out is the G915 and G935 both use Micro USB and not USB-C but i purchased adaptors which i keep plugged into the devices so i can just plug USB-C into them

whats happening is the mouse uses onboard settings until it can reconnect with Ghub. What youll want to do is open GHub and go to the settings for the mouse. Once there, click the gear icon in the lower left. Somewhere on that page, either in the middle or to the right, youll see a heading called "on-board memory mode". Turn it on, then in slot 1 hit the drop down and pick a profile, usually the default one. Once you have that selected, go to the bottom right and re-enable Ghub features. This should make it so the "on-board" setting is at the DPI you want it to be before it is able to reconnect to Ghub. All of my logi mice are set up this way so it should work for you too. The default is 800, and I use 1600 so it was a thing I had to figure out

I have a question for gamers who have GPX2 or Dex... sometimes I notice that the power saving mode turns on after waking up the mouse even when the battery is at 80%. Then it happens to report an unpaired receiver even though the cursor responds to mouse movement... or sometimes ghub asks me to update the firmware despite it should be up to date. I've also tried using the internal memory with profile where it's 1600DPI and despite that, sometimes the mouse switched to the default setting where it's only 800DPI. What I found out so a friend has a GPX2 with a similar problem. I was wondering if anyone else has a problem with this or is there a simple fix for this where you just reinstall ghub or something similar.

I was lucky enough to order all of my stuff during the 2x 30% error so I got a very good deal on the whole thing. + an extra 5% with any given influencer discount.

All said and done the switch over from Thrustmaster to Logitech didn’t cost me much at all. And the Thrustmaster stuff sold pretty quickly.
