Soz, travellings NG for the holiday... But many headsets have two audio "options". One for regular use and one for "communications or phone use".
I'd ensure you aren't using the communication option as it cares more about compatibility over quality. For most use cases I suggest using the non-communications option. This will be the case for every headset regardless of brand that I have ever had experience with.
For some call apps you may experience issues with non-communications options.. but outside connectivity to standard phone calling or proxy style phone communications I believe you'll have a massive bump up in quality using the non-communication option. This is the case for every game I've had experience with, Discord and other similar computer programs, and even other phone communication apps.
If you've got more input to define what input/output options you have access to that may help, but otherwise I hope you get a good setup sooner rather than later!

there is no setting to reduce force like there is with load cell brakes. You might be able to config the game to take less force but that might vary a bit

from what i have heard, they are very bad due to being scratchy and thin. might vary based on personal experience, but the skates might be one thing you should try to look out for if you are getting the mouse. getting some aftermarket skates to replace the stock ones is probably the best option. should only cost you around $10 or more to get aftermarket skates

not possible. the fn key/functionality is strictly local to the keyboard to give access to other layers. From the OS' perspective, that key doesnt exist so its not possible to assign it to another device.

if you arent able to rebind buttons to other things then its just not possible. on console certain controller types need to be specifically implemented by the devs so if they didnt build anything in for that console, its unlikely its going to be possible. PC is a much more open platform for things like this.

There’s a program called onboard memory manager that Logitech created to change your dpi on your mouse I think

Probably isn't supported wirelessly. Consoles have strict limits on what can be used, especially xbox. Check the logitech website to see if its listed.

ptfe is the actual skate material the mouse glides on. LoD is lift off distance. its the way the mouse determines if youve picked it up or not and triggers when the sensor begins tracking again
logitech puts a thin vinyl layer under the ptfe on their mice and if you put aftermarket skates on top of it, itll be too thick and confuse the sensor and cause tracking issues

I've been struggling with the Logitech G HUB settings not being transfered to my Streamlabs OBS. I tried asking every support channel multiple times (Once in October, once in November and twice in December) And I've been unable to get any help. This server was a last resort but it says to not ask about product support or technical issues, so where else am I supposed to go?
I even tried asking Reddit but I don't have enough karma to make posts since I don't usually like using reddit

USB-C charging is generally going to be faster as long as the device supports it.

The g513 is really the only full size standard profile mech board logitech sells right now. They've mostly moved all to tkl for the newest releases.

my right click only works when its set to profile 2, which was already set when i first installed ghub, but setting profiles to default causes no clicks to work, and then i reset profile 2 just to see because its literally IDENTICAL to the default profile and now nothing works

It'll depend on the game. On pc, in most sim games itll be used for things like adjusting traction control but it'll vary and can probably be changed.

I've played in and old all in one screen Pc with 8 gigs of ram, during that period, i bought a G203 Lightsync, i've been playi ng with that mouse for atleast 3 years, the problem starts when some weeks ago, i connected the mouse to my new PC, and when i played, i kinda lost my muscular memory. The only thing that affects me is the mousewheel. I have the mousewheel binded in some games to train "bhops" in some games. When i played in my new Pc, i felt like a delay on the mouse. weird because when I click the software button for the 64bit verson of the windows 10 software (on my windows 11 machine), it downloads a .exe file and launches and asks me to plug in the flight stick. So something isnt adding up here

Absolutely hating G Hub right now. Went out and got new peripherals for my sim rig so I could stop using the wired mouse and keyboard that came with the PC and I can’t get G Hub to do anything more than open up for a second or two then immediately it closes back to system tray. Tried reinstalling and repairing twice. Since support is out until 1/2, is there anything I can try to make it functional?

hey guys! i know it comes out of nowhere, but i have a question. i literally joined to this community, just to find answer to my question xd
so i bought a new keyboad. its the logitech G915. they claim to have the best latency: "Logitech G915 TKL has the lowest latency of only 1.3ms in wired connection."
but when i did the test, no matter how fast i keep pressing the buttons, i am capped at 22ms. no matter what, i can't go lower.
i thought that MAYBE its the website that can't recognize the numbers XD but no. the same website showed 4-7ms while testing my original keyboard.
how tf the original keyboard is way better than the ''best' keyboard with the ''lowest' latency? it just doesn't make sense. i even checked the setting, nothing. i turned off other devices not to interfere. still nothing. i am really capped at 22ms.
what did i do wrong? can somebody please help me?

You need to change your latency setting in windows
Just google windows repeat rate settings and check your drivers. Make sure you are wired too. (Don’t expect serious competitive input lag from wireless ever, just plug it in)

this is antiquated thinking. modern high end wireless is within fractions of milliseconds of wired to the extent that you can only detect it by testing it, it is not able to be felt
mechanical keyboards have inherent latency because of how the switches work

It doesn’t account for signal interference which can be insane in certain envoirment. They don’t test the gear with 30 competing signals. It also assumes the distance and height of the signals source. Most of this doesn’t matter for most users tho. I’m also a cranky old set in his ways LAN/plug it in type user lol

I know right! Logitech tells you the dongle should be 20cm from the mouse if I remember correctly so you are supposed to plug the cord into the pc and have the dongle on your desk next to the mouse. Thats why they all have the little usb brick with them
