Well it is connected to the ps5. I turned the ps5 on. I can't be arsed to boot up a game to test. Also you just have to think about it. Would people buy a product that shocks you on repeat while you use it. No. Imagine that someone wants to play barefoot for some reason. Then they would get shocked. They wouldn't sell a product that shocks people. Maybe they do idk. It just doesn't make any sense to me as to why they would if that's the case.

only workaround is remote play probably, a lot of keyboards using n key rollover do not work with playstations

the kb i use has a specific setting to swap to 6 key rollover so it works on ps5

there’s a lot of remote play guides on yt if you don’t know how to set it up, you just hook up your keyboard to your pc and have that filtered through remote play while your controller stays connected to ps5

one thing to add onto this ^ if you’re planning to use the keyboard to play m&k on ps5 id recommend just going for one that directly supports the console.. i use my pc for typing with remote play but the input latency is very noticeable for anything competitive

Thank you very much for your help, yes I play competitive games so I don't think it's the best solution, however if I buy an adapter that would ensure that the keyboard is recognized as a classic keyboard that works on ps5 but with the TKL X RAPID

Logitech, specifically the G brand, is generally only concerned with pc stuff so if anything works on consoles it's more luck than it supposed to be that way. Astro is the brand they are positioning to consoles but they don't make keyboards

Yet my mouse works on my ps5 but what I don't understand is why the keyboard is recognized by the ps5 I select it on the right profile but there are only the alt and ctrl keys that the ps5 detects it's bizarre I find

Anyone have the play seat trophy? Really having trouble installing the wheel baseplate to the cockpit. I can’t seem to put the baseplate over the two grey mounts, it’s pretty tight. to find out if your pc has bluetooth, press the windows button and search for bluetooth if the pc gives an option for bluetooth then your pc has bluetooth, otherwise you can also look in the device manager to see if your pc has bluetooth if you are not sure.

How does it "bug out"?
It may be worth checking on your surround sound settings. Typically if newer games that have a lot of interest in getting you 3D audio mess up, but standard stereo applications don't that could be a the culprit. Try testing things in G Hub related to 3D or surround sound audio and that your Windows Sound Settings are set to Logitech as opposed to Sonic or something else.

What do you have the Superlight's polling rate at? Might need to turn it down some and see if that helps. Otherwise make sure it's closer to the little receiver/usb and see if that helps any.

I would double-check your game profiles in G Hub and make sure Fortnite is either not doing anything special or is disabled.

Check on the details at the bottom to see if you have any keys disabled. Right now Fortnite loads a default profile and will switch from other games or a potential desktop profile. I find when I apply a default profile (at least for Fortnite) it is a bit louder. I have ProX headset. If you monkey with the equalizer you can get it to be a bit louder.. but ya I have noticed it get quiet. Also check your output volume on the profile you are using.

that "line" of wheels is probably the most recommended starter wheel for people to see if they are into sim-racing. Theres usually a bunch of them in the used market as well as people decide they dont like it or upgrade to something more serious. Its a great wheel for learning but there are even really fast racers on some of the more serious games that use them too so its not a restriction in any way either

923 has a few upgrades on it that makes it a bit better but that and the G920 and G29 are mostly all the same thing

Nah, fake G305s are crazy common so it makes sense. Not showing in GHUB is one of the two best ways to know for sure. The other's to try registering the serial number and seeing if it comes back legit. Packaging is easily duplicated.

I believe this is correct as well. I can't speak from personal experience on hardware that is probably the exact same other than the wire.. but usually the profiles are specific only to the specific hardware since minor changes in hardware cause the profile capabilities to be invalid or different than expected.

The only wheel logitech sells without pedals is the g pro DD and it's not what is consider cheap. May want to look at moza or fanatec bases.

Hello everyone, I had a question about peripherals, and please redirect me if this is the wrong channel.

So, I currently have a G703 Lightspeed for my mouse, a G915 (I'm not sure how to identify exactly which one, but it's a 100%) for my keyboard, and a G435 for headphones.

I just ordered a G Pro X headset while they're on sale, and I'm planning to order a G Pro X superlight mouse, but is it worth it to upgrade the keyboard to the G Pro X version as well? I've always been a full sized low profile kb enjoyer so idk if it's worth the "upgrade"

Tldr; is it worth it to replace a G915 keyboard with a G Pro X TKL Lightspeed while upgrading the rest of my peripherals to G Pro X

Hi, I bought a G Pro X Superlight 2 and when I'm on wireless my game freezes completely, but not on wired, it only does it on the Marvel Rivals game, is there a solution?

Unsure if this will have anything to do with it, but what is the polling rate you are at on wireless?

So try lowering it to 2k or 1k and see if it fixes it. The game probably doesn't support 8k polling and the wired polling is limited to 1k

May even work with 4k, I haven't tried myself yet. If that ever happens with other games on 8k polling make sure to try that first. Support is VERY limited.
