This is a software issue.
You can first try this " if you unlock the preset for the default profile, switch to another profile, and then back again and lock it, it could work"
If this doesn't work follow the steps below

• Uninstall g-hub
• Update the device's firmware
• Delete the folder named G HUB in appdata > Win+R and type %appdata%
  Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/innovation/g-hub.html)

Anyone that can help me? My g502 hero stopped working on my pc. I just turned my pc on after 2 weeks and it turned on but i couldn’t use it. Ghub was updating. The leds stopped working and it has since then not been recognized by my pc. I tried plugging in different (working) usb ports and it says: usb device not recognized. I tried reinstalling ghub and that didn’t work. The strange thing is, is that it does work on my laptop without any problem.

Please try the troubleshooting provided below:

Confirm the battery is sufficiently charged.

Confirm the USB Receiver is plugged directly into the motherboard. Avoid plugging it into a hub of any type; PC case USB ports will be considered hubs for troubleshooting purposes.

Check mute settings.

Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference.

Check the Windows Sound settings:
• Right-click on the volume icon from the system tray, in the lower right corner.
• Click Recording devices.
• Make sure the headset microphone is selected as the Default Communication Device.
• Highlight the mic then click the Properties button.
• On the Levels tab, make sure the gain is at least 50% (recommended is 100%).
• On the Listen tab, check Listen to this device.

Test the mic:
• Right-click on the volume icon from the system tray, in the lower right corner.
• Click Recording devices.
• Highlight the headset mic then click Configure.
• Select Set up microphone, then Headset Microphone and click Next.
• Read the sample phrase and adjust the mic volume.

Update the device's firmware:

The magnets for the powerplay puck are still there on all superlights even the new dex

You could try some different numbers instead of -400 to see if it works more like what you want, the problem is moving the mouse -400 pixels +- wouldn't be exact 180/360 degree turn, because of the difference in the sensitivity you are using

Uninstall and remove the GHUB folder from %appdata% and download a new version of ghub from the website and go from there

My actions get canceled randomly when G Hub is active. If I am on a drawing app like Photoshop or Archicad and I try to draw a line, it just stops it in the middle of the action. Or if I have a menu bar active, it dissapears, it cancel it for no reason.

Just open the G Hub software, go to "Assignments," and click on the little circle over the button you want to bind. On the left-hand side, go to "System" then either use the search bar or scroll to find the binding you want. The commands you're looking for are "Next Track", "Previous Track", and "Play/Pause."

you will have to open the whole thing. Cant remember how its designed, but youll need to disconnect a few cables and unscrew the houseing after removing the feet. Youll also have 2 holes in the side of the mouse and probably throw the warranty away

This is a good point, I get the impression the buttons are just a physical piece of plastic that provide a way to apply pressure to the interior components that are not being removed or disabled in anyway. So I can't imagine they'll care if the buttons are gone or not, but something to consider. I can't speak too intimately to the complete engineering..

• It would help to get an idea of what equipment your using, which headset?
  It sounds like you can hear sidetones normally?
• Are you setting this with G Hub?
• Are you hearing sidetones outside of G Hub, just not in games?
  • Is it all games/programs or just some?
• If you can check your Windows Volume/Sound settings, that would be good.
  • It may be that the games in particular are swapping to a different sound device which you'll have to manage on a per-game basis. Most default to a default audio device which is the one set on the Windows OS in the Sound settings, but seeing those would generally help.

From my experience, I would get the Razer Barracuda X. The audio quality is very good. I was afraid of using a wireless headset, but now, I love it so much.

It is around $100 though. But I think it’s worth it.

The audeze Maxwells have some of the best audio I've heard from a wireless headset. They aren't cheap but really no other wireless headset is really able to do what they do.

Personally I do use the logitech pro x 2 but that's more a comfort thing than anything else. Haven't found anything that feels better and they sound good enough. If I want better sound I'll just grab a pair of real wired headphones from my drawer

the 2 on my wishlist are the Sennehesier HD800S that have a better, more open soudstage at $1000 and the Audeze LCD X which are just overall better at $1200 and there are more expensive than those. 1990s are probably the best at that price, but the audio rabbit hole is deep and expensive

so I had them very early on when they still were having qc issues, so I git hit with that and circular earcups are super hit or miss with me and theirs were just on the wrong side of that. if they were a little bigger it would have probably been fine, but just found the cups not great. the adjustment is super limited compared to a lot of others too so I never felt like I could get a good fit.

Gpx2 has optical switches, type c charging, and up to 8k polling. New batches of gpx2 have lighter switches than older batches

Gpx1 also changed switches feel eventually but it's been a while so you're unlikely to find old batches unless buying used

Other than those things, it's the same exact shape and feels identical in hand.

Cleaning with IPA can wear away the coating so not always the best idea but should be ok sparingly.

Ive messed with ergos buit never found anything I was crazy about. The vaxee Outset AX got close, but the dex has converted me over for the time being. I still keep a gpx2 on my desk if I want to switch back to ambi

ive used the sword x and the pwnage stormbreaker as well which are both lighter than the dex with an ergo shape but same issue with not fully being comfortable with the shape

yes. generally, the closer you can get the dongle to the mouse, the more stable and reliable the connection will be

You see how Caps Lock is toggling Shift held down to be turned on/off as shift then isn't being macro'd to spam 24/7.
I am currently playing a game where I hold Right-Click to scope with a sniping-weapon. If I use a macro of spamming right-click then my character will just indecisively spam leaving/entering scope-mode.

Therefor I want right-click to have the option to be connected to an action of simply turning on/off toggling the right-click to be held down.
Just pressing it once to then have my scope-mode activate till I choose to press it again?
