I believe the G Pro Superlight has a Hero 2 sensor which did receive a firmware update that allows for 4000 report/polling rate.

Of interest, you must run the firmware update and the higher polling rate is only supported via the 2.4GHz wireless receiver, not a wired connection.

There is a known bug with G Hub where the battery life doens't update as often as it should. Usually you'll get updates if you restart G Hub and/or replug your device in.

Generally that's about all that I know of that you can do to troubleshoot, but chances are its working fine, but if you can consistently see battery issues for a new device I'd invoke a warranty with support. Battery issues out of the box aren't ideal.

Are you plugging into a USB hub or any similar device? The wired connections will usually take over a wireless connection. So if you are charging it from a different computer (like your laptop) or through a Hub, the mouse might be "getting lost" with the connection. I'd recommend trying to test it with a dedicated USB port or two to ensure its the mouse and not the connection pathway.

If you are already doing that some other troubleshooting steps would be helpful like if it shows up in G Hub, Onboard Memory Manager, or Windows Devices.

I have set up my own settings in the g hub app on the Mac and now I want to have them on my phone for quick change on the phone because I play on the ps5 and not on the Mac....... how do I get the EQ custom settings on my phone in the astro app?? Based on your additional information, it is likely a G Hub issue, particularly a [known bug](#💬general-chat message).

If you wanted to be sure, try charging your mouse at the 100%. After a bit the LED that's likely on it will be solid green indicating you do have a full battery that is a bit more rootimentary on checking your batteries charge and less likely to be wrong.
This could very depending on your mouse model/settings though, you'd have to check those out.

If you really want a better Superlight, get a Maya X, a BeastX medium or max, or even a Scyrox V8.

If ur looking for a good mouse i recommend g pro wireless (the same im using) but the g hub is just gonna get you confused.. in other words, if you can fix it, then itd be great. also, i came bacj home a few hours ago while 8t was stuck at 63%, now its suddenly at a 100%, STUCK. i didnt even charge it like wth dawg.. idk wag1.

they said its the software, the ppl helping me, idk the contact support hasnt replied to me yet they just asked for serial number and settings idk dawg

As such newer manufacturing has smaller stickers for seals instead of plasitc (foil?) wrap. It also has more cardboard-style hooks and placeholders in the packaging.

My sound setting is not appearing on my MAC for my Logitech G pro X. All the other setting for the mic are shown, but not for the sound. On my Windows computer all the setting on the GHUB is working, but when i move to my second acount of GHUB on my MAC, only the sound setting ( suround and comunity preferences to dowload) is not showing up. I reinstall 3 time and still not have it. Maybe it's because i have 2 different acount betwen my Windows and MAC ? Or maybe it's something missing ? • Clean install ghub.

• Run GHUB. It won't work, that's alright, it'll be spinning there as usual.

• 'Quit' GHUB in the taskbar.

• Find all GHUB processes with Task Manager and end them. There should be "LGHub Agent", "LGHub Updater" and such. End everything with LGHub in it.

• Go to C:\Program Files\LGHUB\

• Find LGHUB.exe. He should be chilling there in a group of 3 executables.

• Run them in this order as administrator:

• lghub_updater.exe

• lghub_agent.exe

• lghub.exe

Try Clean reinstall - uninstall lghub, delete every lghub folder in programm files, programm data and appdata and install again. Lots of people reported, that it helped(but not for me)

It's generally best to block and/or use Discord's built in reporting if they are scamming, spamming, harassing, or conducting illegal activity.

Otherwise, you can maybe do suggestions if you feel they are skirting the rules? I'm not positive there is a report system.
Keep in mind that reporting to server moderators can be tricky as simply mentioning things or including screenshots are not very effective as they are easily faked. The new message forwarding system (if available to you) could alleviate some of that however.

However, not everyone may have a nice gaming mat and instead could be playing on glass, wood, or other less consistent surface where a different option may give more consistency. You can always use whatever feels best though!

I solved my problem of not being able to log into Ghub. I use Kaspersky VPN. There is no problem with VPN on and off. In our country, I was using VPN split tunneling with Discord turned off and only Discord VPN turned on. This blocks GHUB. I solved my own problem by adding Ghub to the exceptions. I hope it benefits you too.

I always tend to hyper focus on all factors of a mouse lol

Mostly the build quality, clicks and scroll wheel. And also I try to find what areas I find comfortable or uncomfortable on the mouse. Especially with my f-tip grip, I feel like the Superlight would be very uncomfortable for me

Also, I did used to be a claw gripper, but now since I swapped to f-tip, it is the most uncomfortable grip style ever. It feels so sudden and intrusive when my palm brushes the hump.

I don’t really find as to how people find even claw, hell, even palm grip comfortable 😭🙏

You may theoretically save some power by turning it off since its just flat out off however, your mouse will turn off after a period of inactivity regardless which will still use a miniscule amount of power to keep track of if it detects movement again. I'd argue the difference doesn't make a practical difference on the scale of how long the battery tends to last. 👍

If the polling rate is important to you, I recommend the highest you can go before seeing issues. 1K polling is likely to be the most consistent, with various games having more issues the higher you go. If all the games you play have no issues then you can choose whatever you prefer.

Generally, you'll see much better battery savings and potential issues with lower amounts around 1K though. FPS could be fixed in the future, but is an issue that involves a ton of components that I honestly don't see overhauling for polling rate any time soon.

the screw on a gpu is not defensible in court because it is preventing you from servicing the gpu with like parts. taking the mouse apart, putting in a not like part then getting warranty support because of the not to spec part is fraud. you will also lose warranty on that gpu if you put something in there that wasnt supposed to be

the icepop mic cameout when the pro x 1 headset released. I dont think it was ever desigend for the Pro X 2. It fits in the port, but ive never been able to get it to pick up loud or clear enough.
