My experience with Razor (albiet years ago) was that you had to contact support for Razer for similar replacements. Could not do it purely online. That may have changed. Both Razer and Logitech support have typically helped with some free replacements of wires/dongles in the past.
Corsair was the most effortless with it being all online, but I still had to hunt like crazy to get the option and it wasn't free.

ok there is a huge bug with logitech, when using my steering wheel it is very loose and doesnt center properlly, when playing games like assetto corsa you will have to unistall logitech ghub like 10 times and on the 9th time when u unistall it load into assetto corsa and it'll work properly, logitech is so darn on bugged like they asled a 5 year old to put this software together

my suggestion would be to look to make sure a mouse can do the things you want before buying it, especially when wanting to use it in a way that deviates from "normal" use
just keep in mind that drag clicking exploits double clicking and most mouse companies consider that a defect

i was almost going to be really sad and frustrated that i couldnt enable horizontal or ball scroll with my m575 trackball bia the options+ software but i realised recently that i can use the free tool "x-mouse button control" to emulate it by changing what the middle button does; i swapped out the stock blue ball for a much cooler looking red ball and now my setup looks great

I was planning to go for the first ones because ive heard really good stuff and price/quality looks more appealing to me, specially since the specs seems almost the same and the price leap is huge. ive used both, audio is fine on both, I think the 2s are a little better for detail but its still a wireless headset so they can only do so much. build is MUCH better on teh 2s tho. I had the OGs replaced under warranty 3 times for the plastic around the headband breaking but they redesigned that area with the 2 and they are much more sturdy than before. Personally, I dont buy wireless for audio, I buy them for convenience. I also think the extra price is worth not having to roll the dice on whether they will break

Is it really worth 250+€ for some gaming headset in order to have a better build quality? As you said they are still wireless. And im sure they are kinda limited, but for me its not okay to sell an expensive product, even nowadays the older product is still expensive, and has the build quality like that? But im not willing to give more than double the price in order to get a bit better build quality in order to not crack an headset that shouldnt have this issue in first place. it is not replaceable with anything you can find unless you have a 3d printer, the headset has a 2 year warranty so it has that going for it. generally, tactile switches are brown and linear switches are red but the colors can be really anything, there is no wider rule for keyboards that certain colors mean certain things. They are different types of mechanical switch. My advice is to look at an article or yourube video explaining the difference. Response on mechanicals switches is measured in distance/force not time since it is ultimatly as fast as you can press the switch the actuation distance combined with the polling rate. the switches on that board are NOT interchangeable unless you take it apart and desolder them from the pcb.

hello, i have a g pro x superlight and after 1 year of purchase, its got some issues:

1. its right clicking when i left click (i.e. if i left click on my desktop it shows the tabs: 'view, sort by, refresh...')
2. it cannot drag when i left click (left click is my primary mouse button fyi)
3. sometimes it doesnt work after i turn it off and turn it on again

ive tried redownloading the drivers and using it on wired mode. this isnt a platform issue because its got the same issues on both my PC and laptop, and my other G402 mouse works completely fine on both platforms. any advice?

to get some results. Do you get a right-click when you left-click sometimes, always, only if you press close to it, only if you press far away from it, does it rapidly click/unclick while holding, does this behavior stay the same when pressing down with more force, what about light force, etc..

You mention drivers, but have you done this with Logitech G HUB which will also check on firmware? The firmware (especially if you need an update) will generally fix the issue if its a problem with the software (which would be desirable and fixable). Since you only sometimes have issues this may be the cause.

If the problem, however, is hardware and the left button has some mess or damage to it that's physically making it difficult to left-click or accidentally causes it to also right-click you can try taking it apart, but will likely have to hunt for replacement components. Most people just try to buy a second-hand version that's also busted for cheap, but you'll have to see what could work best for you. G Hub allows you to save profiles in both. Generally the profiles are customized in the software and loaded dynamically. However, you can turn on onboard memory on a per-device basis to have those saved on the device. You can save multiple profiles usually if you like to swap, but you'll have to reload if you want changes or potentially check out the ONboard Memory Manager

I tested the onboard memory inside G Hub a bit out and things like DPI, macros and keys are getting transfered with the change of the onboard memory. I've seen you can choose, which profile should be activated in the onboard memory mode, but lua scripts arent getting saved, do I see that correct?

i just got a logitech g502 mouse. my last mouse was cheap $20. i got logitech G HUB installed. the options for DPI are preset default 1200, 2400, 3200, 6400. but you can set it anywhere you want between 100 and 25600 DPI

i tried 1200, its too slow. i tried 3200, its too fast. i tried 2400, it seems a bit fast but managable on the Desktop and browser etc. However, when I load in to a game (with the same sensitivity settings as before in-game) my mouse speed is insane fast and I can't play the game at all.

Why is it seemingly faster in-game than browser and desktop with default sensitivty '1' in game?

How should I be setting my mouse sensitivty? Do I want to do it on G HUB or do I want to do it in the in-game settings for games I play?

set the dpi to how it feels good on desktop, then change sensitivity in game to make it feel the way you want in each different game. sens in games is always different, all the game devs dont talk to each other to make sure everything is the same.

I use a mouse that weights 60grams right now. I also use a Finalmosue ULX which is like 40 grams. both weight half or less than half of the mouse you are using. The 502 is considered a very heavy mouse by todays standards. Again.... if you like the weight add them, but its up to you. with these things no one can tell you what to do. you need to figure out what you like and use it. I cant tell you what is going to feel best for you.

200 dpi is REALLY slow, try increasing it until it feels right for you

and dpi deviation is a thing, not every mouse is going to have the exact same effective dpi especially when switching between brands. thats compounded at such a low dpi. if you have 20 dpi deviation at 1600, thats only about 1-2% dpi difference, but at 200 dpi, that same 20 dpi is an 10% swing which will be much more noticeable. Superlight 2 also has a tool in ghub to calibrate it so whatever your old mouse was using. This seems like a good application for that feature. Every mouse suffers from dpi deviation to some extent.

thats how all peripheral companies typically handle updates. They can only really set it up to work with what they know they gave you. They cant really take into consideration any random cable you have laying around.

I don't have the exact equipment, but I don't have any issues with using the 2.4GHz receivers for gaming gear with my Sabrent KVM switch.

The only thing of importance is that a wired connection (with charging) will overwrite the receiver. So careful charging with a data-capable cable.

I can just hit my button and the mouse and keyboard swap between gaming setup and work laptop nearly instantly. 👍

You can perhaps try to Share them (Interface Example) so they can be accessed elsewhere.

Doing this may require a login with your Logitech ID as to tie it to your account.

From there there are a couple of options (Interface Example):

• Include all macros for this applcation may be what you are looking for with "assignments"?
• Make this Profile Public just makes it to where everyone else could see it when searching for profiles, but if you just wanted to share with yourself you won't need to worry about it.

You could also save up to 5 profiles to on-board memory and they will go with your equipment wherever even other systems that don't have Logitech G Hub, I haven't fully tested out macros and "assignments" with strictly on-board memory though.

Hopefully you get a good setup either way!

It's now working more or less as it should but when rotation range is set to 900 degrees in this piece of software, it now only rotates physically over a range of about 860 degrees before the soft lock comes into action. The "logical" value it reports when physically at +/- 430 degrees is +/- 450 degrees (full logical range value). When pushed past the soft lock, it continues to report 450 degrees. Hence, the physical range is clipped by the software to -430/+430 degrees but mapped to -450/+450 degrees.

When a game is loaded, this translates into a wheel on screen that - like in G-Hub - does not match the physical position of the wheel, e.g. if the wheel is rotated 170 degrees, the in-game wheel shows a rotation of 180 degrees. This can be compensated by "cheating" in the in-game calibration when available, but it doesn't work for all games. For instance, F1 22 and 23 do not make it possible to compensate this Logitech software issue.

The same occurs if the rotation range is set to, say 360 degrees. In that case, the soft lock kicks in at about -170/+170 degrees. The wheel works as it should (full range and correct logical mapping) on another PC with an earlier version of G-Hub, so it's clearly a software, not hardware issue. Installing G-Hub on that other PC two years ago was also a rather painful experience at that time, I think I remember having to "fix" something in the registry to get FFB working at all, based on advice from here. On the new PC, FFB kinda works after a clean install, but this range issue is driving me nuts. Needless to say, an uninstall/reinstall cycle did not fix the issue. May help to link the "crystal clear setting module" any changes to the parameters and sound quality could cause this. Perhaps it set your Gain to where it won't pick up unless you are very close?

in ghub, open the gpx2 settings, click the gear icon in the lower left, on that screen turn on onboard memory mode to the right and replace the profile 1 with whatever profile you want to stay to be on onboard

you have to turn onboard memory on first, then once you replace the profile, you can turn it off. if thats not working then im not sure how to fix that issue, it works for both my copies

Guys, I have never liked Ghub software to start with. I find it one of the most frustrating experiences (tried Synapse, tried SteeSeries, etc.) Like setting RGB profiles for a keyboard for onboard memory is brain minding process that could have been done 100x simpler and would there be actual a third party YT who made an actual tutorial for this painful process this would have become virtually a hidden feature. I am a no big fan of having properiatery software running constantly on the background.

What is even more obnoxious though, that G-Hub simply does not recognize my keyboard layout automatically and there is (unlike its competitors) no way to tell it manually what region my keyboard is and it automatically reverses to US layout that uses less keys, so my RGB per cap cannot be finalized. Not even changing the system settings changes anything at all. I am having UK layout board and UK English setup, but now US only baby. Even more ridicolous that not AI or any reddit/support post actually contains an answer to such a fundamental problem. Just army of angry people on reddit who never got a response from Logitech's support.

hi all, quick basic question. I am working on setting specific keybinds and DPI for one game v another. i.e. slower dpi for isonzo, higher dpi for xyz game.

I have the DPI set and a few key assignments in the profile, but when I launch the game (via steam or directly from exe file) it seems to always switch back to the desktop default...

I assumed it would default to the isonzo settings when the game is launched but this is not happening...

1. Is this how it should work?
2. Or, do I need to manually choose the isonzo game profile before launching the game?

no, on a cloth pad you really shouldnt notice much of any wear for quite a while. its normally only hard pads that you need to be worried about it

btw how to clean a mousepad the razer instructions say not to use soap and use a lint-free microfiber cloth do you support that option if so why?

My pad is way different than what razer makes them from so I'd follow their instructions. Artisan pads like mine actually are best maintained with lysol spray unless they get really really gunked up. But that spray may not play nice with your pad.

Our #🗣support channel can point you in the right direction for official support, but I did run into a similar issue once with mine, but it was just because the wireless USB dongle for the mouse was in a bad spot and the signal kept getting blocked. Could look into that first but if that doesn't do it I'd def check out the resources in the support channel to get an official answer.

So my mouse was wireless, so the USB stick plug-in dongle thing, I had it plugged into a USB port on the back of my PC, so my mouse wasn't getting a good signal, so I moved it into a port that sits right in front of my mouse pad and the issue went away.

the app acts like it is still installed. Mixline is still listed in my audio device, but the whole app is missing and cannot be opened. Tried reinstalling but getting a install source error. No program to be uninstalled either.
