Took me a sec to get the rendering right

But it's just lasso tool hard brush soft brush

#

With a texture brush on top and in bg

#

Dramatic Lighting is really fun to render and it's actually pretty easy to replicate

#

Dark flats and draw in highlights

#

Throw in a little ambient occlussion and basic light theory if you really feel fancy

#

But mostly the workflow is pretty fast if you know what you are doing
