Yeah, training lasts for 5 hours, so the best practice might be to wait until the feast or after the boss and focus on the people that need it the most (lowest levels)

Everyday at 5 am, the ones from the previous day go away. If you go to the daily button, and then on the right hit “withdraw”. At the bottom there is 2 options. Full and partial. Full is for diamonds. Partial gets you 80% back but you can use garnets to get them back. Works for uncompleted quests and contribution points.

what ive learned is:
first stage is to literally do as much damage to the buildings/statues as possible. highest dmg becomes defenders

#

then

#

we get sent to the "resurrection zone"

#

you use teleport to get out

#

and basically just try to fight them to slow them down the whole way

#

and when time is up:

#

if defenders kept it alive, they win

#

if attackers destroy it, highest guild dmg becomes defender
