This jackass hit me earlier. I hit him back and was going to leave it at that. He came back hours later and hit both of my mining ships and several others here.
I'll post his location in a sec. His shields dropped and after he hit a few, ran back home and put his shields up.

I tried to protect my ships but I guess this game doesn't allow attacking a ship when it's already attacking. I tried to kamikaze his base but he put his shields up when he ran home.

So... UPC and OPC... Under Protected Cargo, Over Protected Cargo...

If you are UPC, then typically, it is not cool... if you are OPC... then you are fair game.. you did all the work, they get all the cargo (minus what you have protected)....

That being said, this is a perfect example of a UPC (and therefore a no-no) hit .

Please note at the bottom, I had no cargo lost.... This means whatever I did have, it was UPC...

I would also like to note, I literally just started mining this node.. there was no way I was anywhere near OPC....

Although, they do say you can "Bookmark" another player (much like marking the Giants in Call of Dragons).... but this is only good if they don't re-locate... as your book mark stays in position, no matter where they move...

problem is everyone has 30+ days of shields they can burn because of natural disasters so they just gank someone then immediately put up a new shield.

The Cease fire is a non-starter if they've been fighting us... sure.. they can put up a new shield... however, the cease fire only is put up after server maintenance.... and is lost as soon as you attack a player ship or mine....

I never had a crash but I had a few weird bugs in the first day or two but nothing bad after that.

I've not had a 'crash' per say, but it's locked up a lot on me. Mobile locks up at least once every 20 minutes. PC I've only had lock up like twice

Yeah, it's janky and has some bugs, but overall, I really enjoyed it. It's possibly my GOTY so far.
