I use retellai.com platform, they are using a deepgram for STT, this is a problem with STT
The funny thing is that it used to be okay a few months ago. I thought it would be fixed ASAP. I have checked vapi.ai, and when I use Deepgram, it is the same problem, while using Whisper, it works perfectly! So it is not a problem with the platforms but with Deepgram.

Thanks for the feedback. There can be a problem with background noise. If you are using the nova-2-general model, try using nova-2-phonecall instead.
