What data does Deepgram send to OpenAI?

Reading the Subprocessors list (https://deepgram.com/privacy/subprocessors), audio data is sent to OpenAI but it's not specified when or how.

We support LLM's as part of our Voice Agent API, we send transcripts to the LLM tho not audio.

Yes to clarify this; Voice Agent is in early access. Our existing products do not use Anthropic or OpenAI, no data is sent by them.
