I am trying to run live STT on vscode windows and I am getting this error, can someone please help me out?

WebSocketException in AsyncLiveClient.start: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: certificate has expired (_ssl.c:997)
