The mainframe may be waiting for a response regarding item data, leading to a timeout and disconnection. If the mainframe isn’t up to date which this one obviously is not it will also contribute to game crashing.
All honesty with how much they’ve made out of the game, they’ve got to see that it’s obvious what’s causing this issue. It’s really related to the massive inventory’s many players hold, however depending what phone you run on, it can handle it poorly or decent, old phones don’t see this much different codes on the daily basis, but in game all the codes your phone processes is insane, they’ve turned this game into a computer play only if you don’t want any crashes. Because of the expanding they’ve done on map as well that contributes to the factor of how much storage is being processed and accessed at the same time as large super giant inventories.
My friend works in coding and game designing, he’s a developer for large mmo rpgs and this is a no brainer to him, I came back to the game and he’s the one who’s told me exactly what this games issue is, it’s not rocket science if you think about it..
How many contacts do you have on your phone right now? 300? Okay when you open clan bank how many items do they have? With pictures next to them and when you click on an item the mainframe/ memory system has to process that item correctly to show you what the stats are. That’s just insane, it needs to be a better memory system that can keep up with everything in real time without being overwhelmed and crashing players out of game, my developer friend says the developers MUST know about it as they’ve developed other games and this issue isn’t uncommon, it’s just usually paid for to be fixed with a NEW MAINFRAME AND NEW MEMORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM!
