additional inventory filters

• filter by min/max level req
• add jewelry slots to slots options (neck, misc, bracelet, rings)

And make the filters consistent, whether you're in a shop selling stuff, mailing items, bank, AH.
Each one gives a different inventory layout/filter system atm...
