Instead of new areas they need to add stuff to the current wastelands they have

Currently 22 zones in the game

Only castle and valley have active player bases new player join and just see dead zones and think the games empty and leave you need to give them places more things to do more professions maybe unique quest items and armor set for each zone mobs 5* that drop farmable novelty items

Even turning legacy bosses into mini raids in certain areas with spawn timers would be good

inactivity is a complicated subject. OTM remade lirs reach but players dont use it. players want to experience new things and get stronger. castle has always been the place players convene and shouts used to be the market. valley is the new zone with the best rewards and quests. what do you want them to add to zones or castle? you want them to add to zones to make it rewarding for players? they added fishing and cooking but players rarely use it. OTM did what you're asking, improved current areas without adding new areas. players didnt use the areas because they had a new feature. we want new zones, experiences, ways to improve our characters

i thought the world boss OTM/virtual realms was referring to was going to be a free for all boss in a zone. it turned out to be lich king and reaver king in gardens i guess. not something everyone can experience and even max level players die

I know a lot of people dog on instances but they are a good window to puzzle mechanics and modifiers that would only work in an instanced zone.

You can't have puzzle mechanics in a constant zone, things will be prone to grief and problems

i think we'll get instances but it will make the game world more empty as players isolate more to themselves and arent in public

People already join a zone for 15 minutes to kill a boss then leave.

Public events also added that rotate constantly would give players a reason to visit areas.

And they could add sub classes for 230 to improve your character it doesn’t have to be 50+ levels

yes because there arent new zones. most of the players i saw quit were before gardens released. when they balanced the experience curve i saw most players get to 220 and then quit.

Why would someone who’s not endgame care about a new zone?

Adding zones and levels just makes endgame even more unobtainable for new players you can improve the endgame experience without adding these

i like the choice of where to level. i liked that gardens released and gave us a new option other than tower to level because we had been leveling in toerr for years and sometimes players occupy the best 4* farming srea in tower for hours. but garden mobs were too hard, too much health and too high damage so needed a group. but it took longer to kill mobs when lixing so it wasnt the best leveling place. players would collect mushrooms for repeatable at 180. i think players should have choices and play in different areas if they want. boggans were often crowded at 150 and we couldnt level for days. gardens kinda turned out to be a dud as mobs were too strong for most players' gear.
