80 seconds to use my lixs come on id be so happy if there wasnt one or set to like 2 seconds(not including restos restos stay at the time)

The reason for the cooldown is because items like restos or healing stuff could be spammed. Causing those items to become scarce and expensive for everyone that aint rich or buying plat.

100% back this it shouldn't be to hard to code this in game. Only consumables dat need cooldown are, food and restos. Lixes should have no cooldown to apply to yourself, because they last for a period of time and can't effect you twice if you already have applied. Unlike food/restos.
