Might be free to play, but people are spending money on a service that they aren't getting and that isn't usually good for business. Pretty ridiculous to me.

I deleted game, deca are worthless and a sorry excuse for a developer...wait they aren't developers they just buy games and turn them into trash. Well kiss my Lilly white rear you are the biggest fail in the history of gaming and your not worthy of these people's money and time . I hope all your games go down the toilet.

It's been more than 10 days. I can't get into the game. I was also connecting with Facebook. I've even created Deca support. At first, they responded to my messages immediately. They asked me for a few security steps. I've gone through them all. I've been confirmed. They were going to transfer my account to another Celtic Heroes account. But for some reason, I haven't been able to reach anyone for 10 days. I think they deliberately disrupted their Facebook account. To lure us to steam. But no! I would never throw away 8 years of my work. Let the authorities read this message...

I love that they updated the client, Facebook login stopped working at that exact moment, and it's "not on their end." What do you take us for?

Hey, what happened to the Facebook login? Did they forget about the players? I haven't been able to play for almost a month. They abandoned us, and the questions they asked to unlink the account are really stupid. I've had my account for 6 years and I've spent countless times on the game, but they want me to report the correct dates of when I spent, when I created the character, when I created the account. How am I supposed to know? I don't even remember what I did last week.

I had the same problem. I've reported it to Deca support. They contacted me. I answered all the questions to move the account. I even gave them the plat purchase dates and receipts. They approved of me. But they never gave me a new username. I've been trying for 3 weeks now. They don't look at my mail. I send them at least 2 mails every day. They never got back to me. I get automated messages all the time. And my ticket number changes. In this regard, deca really failed.
The players became victims. They only needed 10 minutes for me.

Update after update and they don't even care about solving the Facebook login, and the support is horrible. You try to remove the login via email and they ask for information that you will only have if you have just created an account, such as "date when you created your character?" How will I know that having started the game about 6, 7 years ago? Impossible. I haven't played for over a month and I will continue until they solve this. If they don't solve it, I won't go back because what I achieved with that account would take years to get back.

No, that's not true.
I was logging in via Facebook. I contacted Deca. Yes, the transition process takes a little longer.
Here they are trying to understand that you are the real person of your account. If you give them the plat purchase dates and receipts as proof, the others don't matter. The most important thing for them is their platinum purchase date. Just prove it
I've now switched to the Celtic Heroes account. I'm off Facebook forever.
