Gold Mob Exploit

This Auric Shadowhound has a bugged spawn where it spawns all the time really fast. It’s basically an arcane gold mob and ppl have been setting up tons of accounts to sit and farm it for hours upon hours. Fix it, it’s really annoying to see.

Everytime I see someone using a macro on it I break it and get them killed so they lay there dead for hours on end. It's simply unfair and also against TOS doing such a thing.

Lol it's 5-6k every 4-5 minutes. 73k per hour. So those six people in the screen shot are making like 30k per hour. LOL

How can you make 300k per hour? The gold bonus for a full group is what like 90%? So at most he's getting around 150k per hour.

That doesn’t seem right, I’ve done Shadowhound bounties for years and never seen it spawn that much. Ppl will setup macros to farm millions of gold per day

Do you mean it has no respawn time, just dies and immediately respawns, or does it respawn within 5-ish minutes but it's always the gold mob

Imo false accusations of botting are slanderous and with no evidence. Players who file these claims should be eligible to receive bans (especially players who constantly file false reports to try and get rival clans banned)
I play on 8-10 devices no macros, no bots. Good ole fashioned multi boxing. Sue me cuz I’m better than you.

The report wasn’t about botting, that’s a separate argument to be held, it was about a bug that people are exploiting to gain massive sums of gold. The mob is clearly bugged

Seeing 8 accounts at once exploiting it is enough to raise anyone’s red flag with 0 bias. It just takes someone willing to report the bug, like me who got into 2 closed betas because of reporting bugs lol

But Deca is the judge, jury and executioner on that. I’m just reporting a bug/exploit that was simply annoying to witness. I’m sure it’s not limited to belenus, but 8 accounts farming a bugged gold mob for hours is ridiculous. It needs to be fixed

I don’t agree with botting it w multiple toons but I tried it out for a hr to see if it was even that profitable and you make triple that amount farming gold bosses n farming bt pots in between

I don’t fish but friends have said that fishing is more profitable too so it’s not rly that viable of a strat unless u bot it heavily

If it weren’t worthwhile he wouldn’t be doing it. Arguing whether or not he was actually sitting there playing 8 toons at once on 8 devices that can run ch for hours on end is something for Deca to look into. This was a bug/exploit report lol
