game doesnt connect with wifi only mobile internet works

Mine is other way around. I am able to connect fine on WiFi but on mobile internet it connects randomly. The issue fixes itself temporarily after 2-3 restarts. But then it comes up again

it was a lucky discovery that at least mobile works as i always play on wifi and the 1st time i tried to join had this issue so i ditched the game and randomly opened it a few weeks later just to check what it was again and got lucky now imagine all the people who had this issue and just deleted the game but yeah now i have a 2nd major bug that completely blocks me from playing

i think the problem might have been fixed i ve seen there was maintance today and its the 1st time i was able to get into the game with wifi so ill keep an eye on that if its really fixed

When I’m at home i turn on WiFi for my device to connect to home internet, when I leave if I wanna play the game I have to turn my WiFi off . It will help in those harder to connect areas at time because your device is constantly trying to connect to WiFi which effects your signals power when loading game.

It’s a provider issue not a game issue tbh

if i had this problem anywhere else then sure but this is the only game that doesnt work with wifi i never had this before

i send a ticket to support they told me to check my internet settings i didnt find anything unusual and messaged them again and they replied with a copy paste saying the're glad this issue was fixed and closed the ticket xD so it was either a bot or they didnt even read what i said

I have the same problem. This fixed my problem just for a few hours, maybe it will work for you though :

Go to your router settings and change the data protection (which should be on the website somewhere in the Internet options/settings :
(the options for me is : Turn off, Level 1 , Level 2 )
Mine was at level 2, so i changed it to level 1 and it worked somehow then.

so do u also have to use mobile data? it worked for a while but ran out now so gotta wait til next year to play again xD

Yes, i also play only with mobile data, can‘t play anymore with wifi…

I think it‘s something from our internet settings which is blocking the server..
I didn‘t find out what though.
Btw, do you also use a Repeater connected to your Router ?

yeah i have a reapeater in my room but i had never issues like that
