During BT event, 6s treasure mobs would also drop rare and majestic items. Now it seems like that has been turned off completely, being replaced by IM ASSUMING only dropping majestic items at a rate of .001%
I'll be honest if the drops were completely turned off for 6s I would also believe you guys could make that mistake.
