I have one question @six @guardian Why are you guys banning people and stopping the double exp event?

So my assumption is that the banning of players is due to duplicating items. For context I did not get banned as I was asleep before and after the “mini” roll back and none of my accounts have been banned. However, I’ve noticed that a lot of people that were active during that time on whatever account they were playing on had been banned. One person even contacted deca via a support ticket because they were rolled back after getting warden armor. The armor was still there but the quests were rolled back so they had to do the quests again to get met armor. In fact they ended up having to do it 2 more times.

This resulted in duplicate warden armor pieces. How do I know all this? I was one of the two people trying to help this person as they were a clan mate and someone I’ve known for almost two years from another server.

You guys banned his account after he lost 40 levels and had to do the warden quest 3 times. When he contacted you guys about it you basically said “tough.” Is that how you guys provide proper support?

Now that he worked to gain another 60 levels + the 40 that he lost, you banned his account for your own mistakes? How is that fair? Your mini rollback screwed up more things then it fixed. It was YOUR fault. If he knew how to duplicate items, like many of the others that were falsely banned, then don’t you think it would of been something more valuable then no trade low level armor? This happened to a lot of folks that are now banned due to your own incompetence.

They lost all their time, money, and effort due to you not knowing what you are doing.

Fix your mistakes, learn from them, extend the double exp event, and apologize to those that you have wronged. It’s that simple.

Ya I’ve gathered as much. They had a prime opportunity to creat something great. They’ve done nothing except ruin the game for the majority of players. I’ve been lucky, I think I’ve only been effected by 2 roll backs in a bad way. One was a eg drop and another was a transaction where my account was banned for two weeks due to a buying something from a player that had dupped chests. I didn’t even buy chests but something else that they “may or may not” have dupped apparently. At least that’s how it was explained to me on the “support ticket”

It’s just sad, I feel bad for those that have been falsely banned due to Decas incompetence. Especially when they bought plat during the double plat event. My friend took it as an opportunity to start on another server, one that was more active at eg. With all the log in issues , roll back, and over all horrible state of the game. He made it to 185 with help from me and other clan members. Now his account has been banned. I feel like they screwed not only him, but everyone that was helping him.
I played with him for almost 2 years on Taranis, he’s always been a grinder to earn everything he has. Now they just toss him.

With the 40 levels he lost he would have been 220 by now… it’s crazy how badly they screwed him. He’s such a nice guy he wouldn’t post something like this. That and he’s trying to work with support but I imagine they will just give him the middle finger. Anything that happened due to that mini roll back should just be left as is. If people received duplicate mount tokens or turn-ins they should have just called it a cost of doing business. They let people off the hook that dupped thousands of chests last time.

Ya they said they were limiting new accounts. Whatever that means. So if you opened a new account they may have banned you for it 🙄

I never touched mail box or anything. Took lix out my clan bank that's been sat there like a year, gave it lux ammy and 2 rings. Apparently that's against terms of service and I'm now perma banned was the response after I appealed

Completely random ban nothing ever done wrong

We were just lixing for fun together

Then woke up banned permanently lol

After we decked the alts out w expensive fash and lux too 🙂 ofc

Everyone saying they got banned have 1 thing in common: they gave their alt expensive items. Which is what I would do if I was trying to hide duped items

I mean they did ban my alt for like 2 days for "suspicious activity" when i havent even tried logging into it in months until this week

Also been banned for trading. Guess the guy I’ve traded with was duping. But I lose all my years of work because somebody else was duping... I’ve opened a support ticket. Hoping DECA resolves this problem ASAP. @worldly tinsel @rapid lagoon
