I have one question @six @guardian Why are you guys banning people and stopping the double exp event?
So my assumption is that the banning of players is due to duplicating items. For context I did not get banned as I was asleep before and after the “mini” roll back and none of my accounts have been banned. However, I’ve noticed that a lot of people that were active during that time on whatever account they were playing on had been banned. One person even contacted deca via a support ticket because they were rolled back after getting warden armor. The armor was still there but the quests were rolled back so they had to do the quests again to get met armor. In fact they ended up having to do it 2 more times.
This resulted in duplicate warden armor pieces. How do I know all this? I was one of the two people trying to help this person as they were a clan mate and someone I’ve known for almost two years from another server.
You guys banned his account after he lost 40 levels and had to do the warden quest 3 times. When he contacted you guys about it you basically said “tough.” Is that how you guys provide proper support?
Now that he worked to gain another 60 levels + the 40 that he lost, you banned his account for your own mistakes? How is that fair? Your mini rollback screwed up more things then it fixed. It was YOUR fault. If he knew how to duplicate items, like many of the others that were falsely banned, then don’t you think it would of been something more valuable then no trade low level armor? This happened to a lot of folks that are now banned due to your own incompetence.
They lost all their time, money, and effort due to you not knowing what you are doing.
Fix your mistakes, learn from them, extend the double exp event, and apologize to those that you have wronged. It’s that simple.
