Ever since this "patch" I now have a bug where I can't fast travel, can't fly my ship and can't track any missions.

If you go to the Ubisoft discord there are lots of reports of it as well as people upvoting the bug on the web. It sounds like the dev team is actively investigating but no fix yet.

Suffering from the same issue here. Went through Ubi support with ticket incl screen recording etc, just to end up with 'known issue, fixed in next update'
Sadly, ETA is unknown

I did the Same
Contacted Ubisoft with Screen Recording and now still waiting for answer Because he sent it to another Division.
But when it is fixed with the new Update than it is okey.
24th of october new update ???
