I've got a question marker here in Mos Eisley near the Fathier table that I have no idea how to get to. I found a door with a lighted panel nearby but it won't open. Would appreciate some guidance.

If you mean that door on the left on at the stairs behind the room with the Fathier table, the way in is trough a ||trap door on the floor where the arcs are but it will only become active after the guy who is working on it goes away. I don't know exactly when he goes away but eventually he will go away and you can open it to enter the room 🙂 ||

I’ve been standing by this vent for a full day and night cycle and the Rodian never goes away.
Update: I got caught trespassing on Hutt territory, and then once the game reloaded the Rodian was gone.
