So I'm at the Pyke Syndicate Workshop and it shows a fast travel point icon next to it showing it can be used to fast travel to. I've cleared the entire base and got all the chests and mission item but it still says the fast travel point is locked. What am I missing?

I think while you are at this place you won’t be able to fast travel . For example go somewhere else and then look up the map to see if you can teleport there. At least from what I understood, you can’t fast travel to a place where you actually are.
