But would a new game+ be a possibility? considering it would be great for the game so they can max out another clan (i know you can do it anyway) but i mean from the start like the Pykes or something aswell with all the things you get during the game ygm?

It would make sense for the chest collectables & rep outfits but idk about stuff like the ||blaster, ship & speeder|| upgrades are kinda connected to the story

More likely only the fusion cutter and Electro Shock-Prod to be carried over since they're given out as items and not as an actual reward from quests.

Actually, you can change the difficulty from the game settings at any point, i think they are 3 - Story, Standard, Challenging for NPC's , Player Health and there was one more that i can't recall right now.

Nah, it's not that big. And this game would be perfect for a NG+ because playing with all your abilities is a lot more fun and dynamic than without.

There are 2 expansions on the way. New Game + is not needed as can fly around in orbit and kill pirates and Imperials for fun. I even raid the Imperial areas on the planets to keep busy in the game.

yes but overtime it gets boring, ecspecially for me, although some of the quests that earn you reputation are different, it needs a few more variety, like stealing from an underboss directly

I psuedo ng+'d, by starting a new game on my wife's xbox account. I know I'm starting from scratch with only the memory of my first playthrough on my account. Game is not boring at all and I relish doing the main story over again, if I can stop myself from wanting to collect everything all over again. I didn't want to mess with my account's save (deleting them to restart?) because I want to be at 100% when the DLC(s) drop. Gathering credits and materials is still fun to do.

Is clearly stated in the season pass information. The release dates are adjustable of course as the developer will do what is best for their money making.
