i cant use the counter in the bar to listen to some people doing the code conversation like ive seen in the internet. people nam,es various prerequsites on what you need to do before the quest, but i jsut left the planet and it stil doent work. any idea how you can finish it?

it got fixed by leaving the planet a while later and after i returned from kimji it was unbugged again. still an issue i should report?

Old post I see, but bumping as I am running into the same issue, however I have left and returned many times and still cannot "complete" it even though I have the password and access to the vendor

I got the password from the bar a while back and have the vendor unlocked, also have tried going back many times still wont mark as complete

ok, but what planet, whats the name of the quest/intel, al i read is a bar, there quite abit bars in outlaws;)
