hi gamers so i‘ve made a flower plot planner/ tracker with ✨ pictures ✨ that's a lil unnecessary and very clunky but i can't read nisetamasan

🆕 currently updated to v2.4.5 kiki

plan the plan rn [ craft working on rn ] [ rewardcalendar ready for next update ]
goals/ wip sheet
declutter/ rearrange
second greenhouse sheet w clear upgrade sections ( if y'all want )
compatible flowers for each biome
make it look cute ??
add/ improve accessibility ( ongoing )
switching to a non-microsoft product craft

still trying to figure out a way to make migration easier wo everything breaking in the process, but u can copy paste ur input plots ( i just wouldn't try to move too many at once especially on the big pages )

sooo i'm going to be trying to use microsoft products as little as possible, which includes excel. it's not completely off the table rn tho, so here is v2.4.5-3 with the updates i'd already made. i honestly don't know if i'm going to continue updating/ working on the excel version of this, but i am gonna see if i can switch it to libre or mb numbers 🙇 🍉

changes:
dropdowns for flowers and patterns are alphabetical; no change to colors
fixed cloud island oopsie
hidden in the title bar for every plot are additional flower squares ( right justified ) for stuff like plot goals, or what u want to plant
master checklist sheet for reference
added alt text to checklist images

oh weird hmm
is it all the output sections or just specific biomes ?
is it broke even if u pick the flower name from the drop down ?
have u edited the workbook at all ?

none of the outputs. i had only entered in a few things on one of the input pages, after telling Excel im ok with editing this file from the internet

i was also manually picking the flower and color.

i guess my question is how does it get the picture resources? is there a data connection missing?

they're all located on a hidden sheet named storage lol
so actually if u could unhide and send me a screenshot of storage mb the tables got scrambled

don't think so, i just see the mini maps

also no dice on the separate sheet. i opened it on its own, and still nothing. what's interesting is that it shows "unavabile data type" when i hover over the error

is it by chance using Python in Excel?

does seem like there are error w picture in cell sometimes tho, i’ll have to double check that the images are all embedded hmmm

idk if this helps, but i tried with both Google Sheets and ms office on my computer (i have office 2021)

i doubt it’s compatible w sheets cause of formula differences and poss naming issues, but it should work in the browser version of excel

nope 😦 i think it's because the data types are a Microsoft 365 thing, which you can only use for free if in the browser

diy prolly won’t work since ms is gatekeeping picture in cell, but at least u get it to work in browser 🥹
