If you used the chicken teleport, then you should be able to hop across platforms on the left until you’re near an island and you can probably float to it and climb up to get to a fast travel.

Flouster to balooper? the flouster pad is below the fast travel point where the blubby are, so u can float there with cinna and Kuromi. If u mean floating from the dragon area to the top, then you need cinna pompom and thermal potion

That's what it feels like on Switch, no gems for hard level with lucky star. But I see posts where people are getting several. Also a post today said closing the game resets the prizes and that definitely is not true on Switch.

This applies to any weather, but when u open the game any other weather can be scheduled. For example, I’m waiting for starfall on Wonderland, but it starts raining on Seaside Resort. I go to menu, open the game again, check the weather and now steam is scheduled next.

You need a diamond wand for some of the puzzles, but those are just the locations of the broken lamp posts to fix
