Yes, but also once a weather event starts, you can back out of the game so it skips that weather event and shows you the one after. That way you only wait the 15 min instead of 15min plus the duration of that weather event

Also, if you do try I would recommend you pick up all your gems and other rarer materials, then use the island bouquet before reset.
And I don't know yet if CU3 fixed the issue with things spawning after using it. So I would travel through each area before reset to make sure everything respawned

just try to watch all of them tbh, anything different, sometimes it won’t move at all or it’ll move side to side instead of forward or really slow or fast, sometimes even slightly bigger. it’ll get easier as you play more in my experience!
