im pretty sure most kid's anime have warnings like this, from what i can tell it became a thing bc of the pokemon shock incident (im not getting into that in this server, theres plenty of info on it online so look it up if you dont know what it is)
the ones for onegai my melody were included in the bluray releases
theres uh
6 variations for season 1, 8 variations for season 2, and only one version for seasons 3 and 4
they all use the same line for my melody except for season 4's, which is also a bit longer
they redid the recording, added a little to what she says, and added an extra thing of text i cant understand
i think somehow that shows how seasons 3 and 4 had a lower budget than the first 2

some official dubs in other languages are also floating around in varying quality and completion
ik the korean and thai dubs are on youtube
and probably some fanmade english dubs but last i checked nobody has dubbed a full episode yet, only various scenes
i feel like itd be a bit easy to do that compared to some other anime, the bgm for at least seasons 1-3 are on albums, and a lot of the sound effects are stock so theyre probably not too hard to track down
