I really need help. I’m playing on both my phone and my Nintendo Switch, and on both devices there’s a glitch where an [!] icon is on Pochacco’s head won’t go away. I’m on the “Fond Pond” quest, but he won’t go to the area because the game says he’s busy.

Keroppi is also glitching he has a camera icon above his head, but I can’t interact with him at all or give him gifts.

@proven stream Do you mean the flowers for Hello Kitty's bestie quest? If you started the quest before they updated it so that she gives you the flowers, you will need to breed them or trade for them. To breed red into other flowers, breed red & patterned flowers (like red & white ombre dandelilies) with any color of the other flower.
But, it might be faster to get some from other players, if you don't mind multiplayer. (If you do get some from multiplayer, just be sure to get extras to turn into seeds, so you can grow your own, too.)
You can get the Multiplayer role for Apple Arcade by going to the #🕹unlock-multiplayer channel and following the instructions in the rules there.

Hello! I’m having a serious issue with my game and I was hoping someone could help me.

My Nintendo Switch clock was changed, and now my game seems completely stuck. Villagers can’t collect resources anymore, some resources don’t respawn, and I no longer receive weekly quests.

The game says my next weekly quest will unlock in 36 weeks (December), even though I already set my system clock back to the correct time using the internet.

I already contacted support by email, but I wanted to report it here as well.

If anyone has a solution or if the devs can help, I would really appreciate it 🙏

For characters' stories, I would say different shows/games all are different universes that work with the same characters — but retsuko is most well known from the Aggretsuko show on Netflix. Also, the official Hello Kitty and Friends YouTube channel has a lot of free series and shorts; the devs have mentioned they consulted with the Supercute Adventures writers about characters when making HKIA.
