Members being able to change names

Members should be allowed to change their display names as currently they have to ping a mod which can be a tedious task, if this permission is granted then mods should also warn anyone if they change their display to something inappropriate

I’d say at a certain level only, like Level 20 or Level 25 or Level 30

And then one of the Community managers says they won’t condone it because it’s to prevent trolling

That’s why you only give it to people who chat here a lot and reach Level 30 or something

Because no troll in this server would stay unbanned all the way until they reach level 30

Unfortunately this is never happening, seeing as someone can change their names to some slur or inappropriate name

That’s why you hopefully only allow it to those who have level 25 or above, because those who have troll intentions wouldn’t last that long in this server

if it somehow does happen it’d be a shame, there are cases of just one person ruining something good for everyone else
