Changing managers won't do anything when the primary issue isn't the manager, but rather the handling of the necessary preparations by the backroom staff. You have to rotate the team, yes, but how can you rotate the team when your creativity depends on the player you're trying to rotate out? Pedri is back, so that'll likely become less of an issue soon, but it still begs the question.

You can't change the system when you're already drowning, there needs to be some room to make those types of changes. You get the room to act by either losing/drawing to an opponent, this is a wake-up call revision, or by sacking the manager, in this case it's likely that the loss against Girona will inspire some degree of change.
