Feature Suggestion: Random Re-Inspection of Pre-Inspected Parcels

This suggestion has not been well thought through as you can just simply remove the pre-validated module from your inspection line and puss all parcels through the entire validation line

There once was a bug that was causing pre-inspected parcels to be "mis-inspected". And we went nuts trying to reproduce it. Don't do it to us again...

Whichever that was I don't remember 😅 But the part that many of was on a wild goose chase finding the cause of it was true 🥲
