Yeah
L3 bro
fyi I interviewed with Google in April, 2 tech rounds went smoothly, in both I was asked graph-related questions with multiple follow-ups
but in the 3rd tech round, I was interviewed by a female and damn she asked me about a 3D dp problem and even tho I came up with the optimal solution and wrote the code, took some hints in between, but after 2 months the recruiter gave feedback and said your 3rd round's feedback was not positive and its creating issue in team matching. My profile is lying in dust in the team matching phase due to that 1 tech round feedback. I asked for an additional round but they said the Hiring committee hasn't approved your packet because of the 3rd round feedback.... Man, this really hurts, even after giving my best, my hope was slashed by this lady and fyi she didn't have any good coding profile or contributions or CP profile.
All hail diversity hiring... GG!!
We are cooked even after giving the best.
Sorry it happened to you bro, just an ass interviewer, maybe she can’t even solve it if she hadn’t seen the question previously.
I understand your situation. Mostly bad interviewers are the ones who aren't very good themselves. This happened to one of my friends recently who is an expert on CF. In the interview he was asked to write down the implementation of a segment tree from scratch just because he had mentioned his cf profile in his resume. He doesn't even know about segment trees since becoming an expert without knowing about range queries is no big deal lol. He was rejected as soon as the interview was over.
The interviewer was an MTech student from iiitd allahbad who didn't have any sort of coding profile on LC or CF. Diversity hiring sucks fr.
Couldn't agree more, specially getting rejected by someone who's having no coding profile, no real coding experience... Just because they got hired, they think they have an upper hand on selecting candidates. Diversity hired interviewers are really hell.
how do we know its diversity hiring
Because she received ppo during her internship back in 2022
Bro,third round interview call comes on same day?
I was talking about on campus internship in india, and yes here it happens on the same day for every company. Don't know about off campus
I recently went through the Google interview process and am thrilled to share that I received an offer to join Google! 🎉
