Evolving

Hey there I am new and I want to evolve my Pokémon since they say they are ready to evolve but I’m not sure what button or machine I need to. When I searched it up a video said to press M while facing the Pokémon but that opens up my map.

If you press "J" to open the Pokemon menu, and select your Pokemon, you should be able to click the evolve button on it! If you have the Pokemon outside of its ball when you do this an animation plays 👀
