I could certainly understand why... However, it does not have a crafting recipe by default, so it could simply be used by server admin(s) only, in order setup a community movie theatre, gallery, etc, to ensure moderation of the content.

I believe this requires the client to install VLC, while WaterFrames works largely the same (if not with more functionality) and also automatically downloads a version of VLC for use with the mod on Windows clients

We've been using LittlePictureFrames for a few months on my server, and have never messed with VLC. Works flawlessly.
