Add missing Create "Fill By Spout" recipe for Lumisene Bottle.
Lumisene can be in Lumisene bottles or Lumisene buckets.
BCG currently has a recipe to Spout Lumisene fluid into buckets.
But there is no matching recipe to Spout it into bottles.

As a bucket, you can dump it out on the ground and it flows but it acts weird with gravity and settles at the lowest point instead of like most minecraft fluids, and also burns forever. Also it looks pretty and rainbow.
As a drink, it makes you flammable but also glow. Also the bottle is an ingredient for crafting fire pits, which kind of look like a copper brazier full of fire.

Right now, the only way to pump fluid lumisene into bottles is to first spout it into buckets, deployer the buckets into a cauldron and then deployer the cauldron with empty bottles.
Very cumbersome, wholly unnecessary just because there's a missing spout recipe.
