I tried the usual way to make the wither boss spawn and it did not. Then I proceed to look on the sub reddit and did not find anything related to that, then I look on google to see if the forum addressed a change and I did not find anything at all. Has the wither boss spawn mechanic changed ?

Maybe it's not a bcg issue but I used soul sand and 3 wither skuleton head, the screen shot is coming.
