Timing out issue

Which modpack are you using? (BCG+, BCG+NC, BCGHG): BCG+

Have you modified the pack in any way? (i.e. Adding or removing mods): Yes (to try to fix the issue) but I am on a fresh install and still having issues.

What version of the modpack are you using? (1.1.16HF, 1.1.15, 1.1.14...): 2.9.3

What version of the Java runtime are you using? (Java 17, 18, 21...): Java 17

Have you allocated 6GB of RAM or higher? (Y/N): Y (12 GB)

If playing with others, what method is being used to host/join the server? (Official server support can be found here): Pebblehost 12 GB premium

If playing with others, have you confirmed that both the client and server are running the exact same version of the pack (including any HF releases)? (Y/N): Y

Describe the issue: Constant timing out from the server for just one player. At some points, I can’t log in for more than 5 seconds.

Steps you've taken in an effort to resolve this issue: Allowed through my firewall, reinstalled drivers, allocated more RAM, tested wifi and packet connections, watched stats in task manager (Everything is fine), tried using other launchers (curseforge and atLauncher), and attempted on other modpacks and servers (No issues). It seems to only happen on BigChadGuys, even on official servers.

oh shoot i forgot to remove that, I installed it while trying to fix the crash. It isn't the cause but ill remove it rn

The issue isnt just on their servers, its on a privately hosted one. i just joined one of the public ones to test and see if it was our server causing the issue, but it was happening there too. Should i still make a ticket there if its not directly related to their servers?

i would open a ticket with them. they can possibly give some insight on why the timing out is happening.

im not too familiar with how to troubleshoot this sort of issue. i also experience it quite often but thats due to my connection overall
