What version of the Java runtime are you using? (Java 17, 18, 21...): not sure, most recent.

Have you allocated 6GB of RAM or higher? (Y/N): yes. 30+ RAM

If playing with others, what method is being used to host/join the server? (Official server support can be found here: https://discord.gg/playcdu): Playing solo

If playing with others, have you confirmed that both the client and server are running the exact same version of the pack (including any HF releases)? (Y/N): Playing solo

Describe the issue:
I launch the game and then it turns black and shows me the following message.

Steps you've taken in effort to resolve this issue:
Updated my driver, removed the mods I added myself, restarted my pc, repaired the profile through curseforge, googled about this issue with no success.

Do you happen to have your monitor plugged into your motherboard instead of GPU?

Also, it's not the cause of the issue, but 30GB of ram allocated is wayyy too much, you're getting quite a big amount of performance loss, 6-8 is the sweet spot

I'm playing on a laptop so would be impossible, also mb I misunderstood the question xD I have a total of 30GB ram. But yeah idk how much allocated ram I have when I play, never looked into that

and now I can't :D

also worth mentioning that I was able to play the modpack for days and this happened after downloading ''deepslate instamine'' mod, but when uninstalling the mod, the issue stayed

possibly dumb question but have you tried to simply reinstall/use a different launcher? (save world file across when doing this)

That I have not tried, but weird since other modpacks/profiles work. Will give it a try though

curseforge is also sucky sometimes, maybe it didnt properly delete the mod? or the mod corrupted something?

mine was set to around 4k, dragged it to 8k and will try again :D

it's possible, I usually uninstall them from the modpack folder itself but will look into this next in case it still doesn't work :D

unsure but you should be able to check from the profile page if it still shows the mod

ram fix, will double check the mods and then if that doesn't work either I will do a fresh install

so the mod still appears on curseforge although it is deleted from the mod folder, what do I do from here?

you can refresh the modlist, i would honestly first check a different pack like https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/bigchadguys-minus

the error you're getting looks more like it's unrelated to modpacks and moreso to drivers

i've never seen a mod corrupt an install like this, drivers could've autoupdated, anything could've happened hahaha
