Trash it, but don't make another one
Get a professional who makes demo reels and understands audio engineering so your voice can sound the best that it can be
Narrow down what you're best at when it comes to characters, take a few online voice over classes or talk to a professional acting coach and work with them on what you should be doing for a demo reel
That way you'll know when you're ready to have a professional demo reel to show to potential directors and project managers
You don't want to make a demo reel too early (especially don't make it yourself !) and shoot yourself in the foot by showing people around you work that isn't the best that it can be
