How was everyone's experience with GANs? I've never used them myself, but this comp looks like a good intro for me to get started 🤔

Hey guys, I have a quick doubt regarding the competition.

In the description, the submission goal is defined as - "Your task is to build a GAN that generates 7,000 to 10,000 Monet-style images."

In the dataset page, the goal is stated as - "The photo directories contain photos. Add Monet-style to these images and submit your generated jpeg images as a zip file."

Can somebody help me understand the problem correctly? Are we supposed to build a network that transforms an existing image? or are we supposed to build a network to generate a random painting (In that case, what is the use of the photos directory)?

Hi guys, concerning the error message, I think it has something to do with the tpu_strategy getting a NoneType and the Nonetype having no extend attribute, but I still cannot resolve the issue, so, please help.

Hey everyone, so I made a GAN, according to this link (pretty much the same thing) can somebody guide me in the right direction? I trained it with 256 epoch and used pretty much the same parameters. I am kind of confused on how I can further improve this model (its very bad right now). I undestand the concept behind this model but I am still kind of new to model creation. Check the submission format for the competition. Not all competitions allow .zip format
