Hi everyone,

my name is Max and I’ve been independently experimenting with reasoning systems for ARC-style tasks.

I do not come from a traditional ML or academic background and I’m not a strong developer in the classical sense. Most of my work happens through language-based AI interaction, conceptual system design, attention modeling, structured prompting, and iterative reasoning experiments.

Over the last months I developed an experimental framework I currently call EMSAF/MIMIC.

The core idea is not improving model knowledge, but changing how an LLM explores and stabilizes hypotheses during reasoning.

The system focuses on:

  • delayed synthesis
  • active falsification
  • uncertainty preservation
  • multi-perspective reasoning
  • attention-constrained search
  • local consistency before global integration

In manual ARC experiments this produced surprisingly strong results and noticeably different failure modes compared to standard prompting approaches.

At the moment I only have access to commercial GPT interfaces and unfortunately lack the technical infrastructure and Kaggle experience to properly reproduce and benchmark these experiments at scale.

I am therefore looking for people interested in collaborating on:

  • Kaggle experimentation
  • reproducible evaluation pipelines
  • prompt-to-inference translation
  • hypothesis testing on ARC-AGI-2
  • structured reasoning systems
  • falsification/refinement loops

I can contribute:

I built a VS Code extension because I kept lying to myself.

“Yeah yeah… I’ll push the code later.”

Later never came.

I’d spend hours solving a DSA problem or working on a project, close the laptop, and the next day GitHub would look like I did absolutely nothing.

So I decided to automate this:
git add .
git commit -m "..."
git push

I genuinely thought it would be a small weekend project.
It wasn’t.

The moment I started using it daily, weird problems started showing up.

Auto-save spammed commits.
Notebook files generated huge diffs.
Git operations overlapped.
One cooldown bug silently stopped future syncs completely.

And slowly, this “tiny extension” turned into me learning queue systems, async workflows, debounce logic, and how dangerous automation becomes when real users start using it.

That’s the thing nobody tells you about building software:

The code works.

Until people use it.
