Yeah I think having people make posts about why it was deleted would seem a bit too much like brigading/self-promotion and work against us. I wouldn't be surprised if the post got deleted because they were worried it was protesters self-promoting their own event (which they'd be wrong about as I wasn't there! I just thought it was important news).

I messaged the mods to ask if I broke a rule.
